Second time this week we have visited. Both times the staff were extremely friendly and the food was outstanding. Definitely worth trying, this is my new breakfast spot.
Not only did they incorrectly make our sandwiches by ONCE AGAIN putting the meats on the opposite sandwiches; this time, when biting into one of the sandwiches, a big chunk of brown paper was pulled out of my mouth, mixed in with my sandwich. This location has really gone down hill, our previous 3 orders have all been incorrectly made, and now were finding non edible paper in our food. Severely disappointed... a year ago, 5 ⭐️ for sure, but not anymore.
Decent place, very overpriced for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a small OJ $12-14 is a little nuts. Takes little over 7 minutes for a sandwich which is ok.. not great but very busy but with a line of customers, phone ringing with people calling in orders while people wait on line for food and to order food is a little much. Not much space but almost every time I order my breakfast it’s very greasy and always gives me an upset stomach. Found it’s better to cook same thing home plus it’s cheaper
Love these NY style and taste bagels!
They get my order correct 50 percent of the time. Simple bacon egg sandwich with a scooped out bagel. For some reason it is Always wrong. Not scooped out, no ketchup, toasted when I specifically say not toasted, etc. Todays sandwich was actually all the above errors. But I can count on it having at least one every time I order. I believe it is the system the input orders with to be the issue and way over complicated. Also, $12 for a breakfast sandwich is a little pricey.
Not a great place to sit down and eat, it’s really hot in there and the line is normally through the whole lobby but the food is always good and there’s a lot of options!
Best and biggest bagels.
I had a bagel from there twice and both times was tasty. I do think it’s a bit pricey for the amount of protein you get on a breakfast sandwhich so that’s my only complaint. Overall tastes good, fast service and good people.
Avoid on weekends, complete disaster. Don't have the infrastructure to deal with influx of customers. Super expensive. They have gotten my order correct about half the time. This would be the perfect breakfast spot if they could handle the influx of customers more quickly and got the p.o.s. system to do orders more simply. Wish I could give a higher rating.
Worst food and service I’ve ever gotten. Asked for 2 Turkey sandwiches and got both toasted and 2 slices of turkey on each bagel that they put the different halves on and more lettuce than a rabbit eats in 3 days on it. Went to complain and they saw nothing wrong. Are you out of your minds?! You don’t even rate a star to be given.

Got an Asagio Cesear bagel and it was fantastic. Little spicy but they loaded it up, we had a big order and they were able to cook em all up pretty quick. Great food overall!

I’m a New York transplant, I stop in from time to time for a little taste of home and they do not disappoint. Service was good and so were the bagels… and it seems to be the only place I can find my daughter’s favorite (chocolate chip bagel)
