This Panera bread location is the best in our area. Staff is friendly and professional especially Aleia Samson. You can tell from the staff that she runs a very tight ship as they all provide excellent customer service under her leadership.

Purchased a bagel with cream cheese. The gentleman that prepared it did not include the cream cheese. I asked for the cream cheese and he said “you didn’t order cream cheese” I replied, yes I did. He again said no you didn’t (very unfriendly manner) I again said yes I did and SHOWED him the receipt! He then said, “well, it wasn’t on my screen, and slid one on the counter. Very poor customer service. Won’t be returning!

Manager is very rude! Went to pick up my order and the staff thought someone else might have taken it so they were going to remake it. Manager walked up and said are you looking for something? The back staff told him what happened and very rudely said its over there. Sitting on the very bottom shelf. Yeah because I'm going to know to look there. How about be a little more respectful and friendly and not so rude and negative to your customers!!

This place has really gone down hill. Food was usually good, now it’s not and portions are a lot smaller and even MORE expensive $2.45 for a bottle of water…really. Is it magic water from the artic? $18 for a sandwich and water. Spend your money somewhere else
