Manager is very rude! Went to pick up my order and the staff thought someone else might have taken it so they were going to remake it. Manager walked up and said are you looking for something? The back staff told him what happened and very rudely said its over there. Sitting on the very bottom shelf. Yeah because I'm going to know to look there. How about be a little more respectful and friendly and not so rude and negative to your customers!!

Longed for chicken salad sandwich which on the past was good. Today mushed worse than tuna salad i.e. no chicken chunks. Very tasteless

Nasty today all tables look like not cleaned since breakfast . Trash all over floor , plates on tables . Food is great but have to do better with clean up . Pretty bad.

This place has really gone down hill. Food was usually good, now it’s not and portions are a lot smaller and even MORE expensive $2.45 for a bottle of water…really. Is it magic water from the artic? $18 for a sandwich and water. Spend your money somewhere else

We're regulars at Panera bread. We meet there every morning for coffee. We love the atmosphere at Lelands Panera bread. But it's the employees who are the stars shining on us all. They are very helpful and they do an excellent job. They have a really great team.

BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT! I promised myself that I would not order from this restaurant again after my last terrible experience with the manager however the DM tried to make amends and sent me two expired coupons that I no used elsewhere. This time once again I came home sick from work and my husband asked me could he pick up some soup for me from Panera. I hesitated but said ok because of prior bad experiences but soup was the better option for my dinner. I attempted to order online and twice it said my card did not go through, strange but ok so I screen shoot my order and text it to my husband. He goes thru the DT orders, picks it up and PAYS $17.06 at approx 7:10pm. I just received an email stating my card was charged as well. This place has now upset me to the absolute fullest and I want my money back!! It’s sad but I love the Panera products but this restaurant in Leland leaves a bad taste in my mouth every single time.
Ordered the broccoli & cheddar soup— received a hideous barely warm VERY watery gross mixture of liquid / 3 broccoli bits & some carrot pieces …. No cheese taste at all..Will NOT be returning to this location!!!

Had to wait at counter. Sounded like staff was in the rear laughing and not paying attention to the counter. I was looking forward to the broccoli and cheese soup as it has always been good a creamy in the past. It was horrible. Basically a bowl of water with a little broccoli and carrots and not hot at all. I should have returned it. It was nothing like I have had in the past. If this is what they have gone to I will not be coming back.
