They made the toasted baguette smaller so it's not a whole baguette anymore and at the same time they raised the price! This is shrinkflation, a real thing these days. $12 for a lettuce tomato and cheese sandwich that is not even a whole baguette is ridiculous. Can't go back with food at this price. Oh well.

Pricing of sandwiches was misleading and like so many other Panera locations the dining area had tables that needed cleaning and a carpet floor that needed to be vacuumed.

Me and my wife both got chicken products (her a chicken caesar salad, me a bbq chicken sandwich) on Sunday around 5pm and ended up getting food poisoning that night! STAY AWAY! This is absolutely unacceptable. They aren’t practicing proper food safety, speaking as someone who has worked in fast food in the past. We will not be returning to this location which is a shame since we used to enjoy coming here.

I'm a Sip club member. Have been for about 4 months. I come just about everyday through the drive thru, sometimes more than once. I work a ton of different hours so i rely on some caffeine. The value has helped me so much. I have always spent so much on energy drinks, and despite the ridiculous controversy, the charged lemonades have saved me so much money.Besides all that,Every member of your staff has been so pleasant, every single time. My wife is in school full time now late in life, so I'm not in a position to be able to tip like I would like to. But I sincerely say thank you to everyone at the Leland location, for being genuinely kind every time.❤️

We went at around 7 on a Friday night which may have been the issue but they did not have what we wanted and what they did have wasn't fresh. I love the bbq chicken pick 2 with the French onion soup and a baguette. No soup, no baguette and the sandwich has definitely been downsized and was just thrown together despite the place being empty... my wife also didn't get the bread for her sandwich... so panera bread didn't have the bread... might seem petty but man I was looking forward to some good panera and it was a big letdown. Used to be way better.
