Rashid the manager was very helpful! We ordered delivery and I guess it was contracted out through DoorDash through Papa John’s. When I received our order all of our pizza smelt and tasted like weed from where the driver had been smoking. Rashid was very helpful in making sure to get us a new pizza out very quickly.

Bought two pizza yesterday ate two slices and I’m
Sick as a dog I’m assuming food poisoning. I have not bought anything from here in years because it seems like every time I get anything I get sick thought after about 3 years maybe it would be different it definitely not. And on top of
Me being sick the same day people down the road from me ordered pizza and when they delivered it the pizza was raw.

I recommend to not order here at 10:30pm or between they should open until 12 am if they wanna buy from here but they lie that other person pick my pizza, how it’s posible no one can have my name or last name + I see how they cancel another person order that comes at the same time than me. We ask if we can order again and these worker (young man) just say they close the kitchen “AT 10:40”!!! How these store it’s suppose to be open at 12 and take my order through phone telling me my pizza and wings will be ready in 16 min “I check online say my pizza it’s still in progress when I arrive and he say was already ready gone someone else took it”. These guys just don’t wanna work and close early !

Food was cold, it was delivered but took an hour to get here after leaving the store. Pizza was not what we ordered. Thin crust was NY AND NY was original. All messed up all around.

This is the only pizza that we usually get. And I have to say this was the worst that we have ever had from Papa John's I don't know what you're doing, but you're doing it wrong.

I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s in Leland, NC! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy, they took the time to answer all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some wings—everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service and food quality were top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning!

Cheese sticks are so good fresh but I received ones that looked and tasted like they had been made hours ago and left under a heat lamp. Dry and tough. So disappointing.

Ordered 4 pizzas, in a pinch. Used coupons, and it was clutch. Added extra garlic sauces and peppers. Ordering wasn't great. Sent me to some call center then transferred me to the store to repeat my order. That was weak. Food was again on point for a fast food pizza.

Pizzas were misshapen undercooked and had very few toppings.

Food rarely tasty. Made me sick once. Only order it because It was the only delivery available for my area until recently. On my last order, a cash delivery, and I specified cash on the app. The driver showed up not knowing that it was a cash delivery with zero change and forced me to give her a $16 tip instead of the generous $6 tip I was planning on. I should have made her stay there and go to the store and get change. My large Pizza was nowhere worth $40, will not be ordering again.

I recommend STRONGLY that you do not order from here. I’ve tried to give this place a chance but this is way too far now. Once, I ordered pizza from here and they kept giving me the wrong order (sent it back three times, received the wrong pizza four times) on the fourth time I decided to just eat it, but didn’t notice the sauce was Alfredo sauce. My stomach is sensitive and it put me through hell, threw up and everything. Just ordered from them again, assuming they’d learn from their mistakes. My pizza was undercooked and Im just now noticing. Like, full on DOUGH. For the most part it was cooked on the outside and main part of the pizza, but the crust was fully uncooked dough on the inside. How they managed to cook it almost burnt on the outside and have the dough be almost alive on the inside is beyond me, but I expect food poisoning to be upon me. Hate this place.

Called at 11:40pm to place an order for one pizza. Lady answered the phone and said she was about to close so she wouldn't take my order. They closed at midnight. Seems like they should close at 11 or 11:30 if they wont take orders past a certain time. Ridiculous.

Its been 4 years at least since we had papa johns .
Wife called me and said she was going to get a frozen pizza and i made the huge mistake to tell her to get papa johns .
Big big mistake . This thing is horible . We would if been better off with Ellios .
