The manage of this papa John's is hateful and rude. She couldn't even talk to us without food in her mouth and spitting it everywhere. Very unprofessional. If you dont like you job please do us all a favor and find a new one.

Ordered pizza last week on Friday night, got it delivered total was 49.00 and some change, all I had was a 100 dollar bill. All the drivers supposedly only carry 15 dollars cash , needless to say that driver got all my 100 dollars for two large shit pizzas!

We've had better frozen pizza!! Ordered thin crust, but toppings were very sparse, especially the extra cheese. Delivery took awhile. Pizza was cold too!!

We ordered a Shaqaroni last week. It was cut in 10pieces and not cut all the way through. There was not much pepperoni on it. Yesterday we ordered a large pepperoni. It looked like the pizza exploded, there were twI big bubbles on one side.it was burnt and not cut all the way through. The Shaqaroni used to be good and I think your employees need trained better on how to make one. I know your company can't get dependable people to come in to work. It's happening everywhere. However they need to take pride in making a good Shaqaroni. 👍😊

Rashid the manager was very helpful! We ordered delivery and I guess it was contracted out through DoorDash through Papa John’s. When I received our order all of our pizza smelt and tasted like weed from where the driver had been smoking. Rashid was very helpful in making sure to get us a new pizza out very quickly.

Bought two pizza yesterday ate two slices and I’m
Sick as a dog I’m assuming food poisoning. I have not bought anything from here in years because it seems like every time I get anything I get sick thought after about 3 years maybe it would be different it definitely not. And on top of
Me being sick the same day people down the road from me ordered pizza and when they delivered it the pizza was raw.

I recommend to not order here at 10:30pm or between they should open until 12 am if they wanna buy from here but they lie that other person pick my pizza, how it’s posible no one can have my name or last name + I see how they cancel another person order that comes at the same time than me. We ask if we can order again and these worker (young man) just say they close the kitchen “AT 10:40”!!! How these store it’s suppose to be open at 12 and take my order through phone telling me my pizza and wings will be ready in 16 min “I check online say my pizza it’s still in progress when I arrive and he say was already ready gone someone else took it”. These guys just don’t wanna work and close early !

I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s in Leland, NC! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy, they took the time to answer all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some wings—everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service and food quality were top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning!
