Papa Johns Pizza

Cheese sticks are so good fresh but I received ones that looked and tasted like they had been made hours ago and left under a heat lamp. Dry and tough. So disappointing.

Ordered 4 pizzas, in a pinch. Used coupons, and it was clutch. Added extra garlic sauces and peppers. Ordering wasn't great. Sent me to some call center then transferred me to the store to repeat my order. That was weak. Food was again on point for a fast food pizza.

Pizzas were misshapen undercooked and had very few toppings.

Food rarely tasty. Made me sick once. Only order it because It was the only delivery available for my area until recently. On my last order, a cash delivery, and I specified cash on the app. The driver showed up not knowing that it was a cash delivery with zero change and forced me to give her a $16 tip instead of the generous $6 tip I was planning on. I should have made her stay there and go to the store and get change. My large Pizza was nowhere worth $40, will not be ordering again.

I recommend STRONGLY that you do not order from here. I’ve tried to give this place a chance but this is way too far now. Once, I ordered pizza from here and they kept giving me the wrong order (sent it back three times, received the wrong pizza four times) on the fourth time I decided to just eat it, but didn’t notice the sauce was Alfredo sauce. My stomach is sensitive and it put me through hell, threw up and everything. Just ordered from them again, assuming they’d learn from their mistakes. My pizza was undercooked and Im just now noticing. Like, full on DOUGH. For the most part it was cooked on the outside and main part of the pizza, but the crust was fully uncooked dough on the inside. How they managed to cook it almost burnt on the outside and have the dough be almost alive on the inside is beyond me, but I expect food poisoning to be upon me. Hate this place.

Called at 11:40pm to place an order for one pizza. Lady answered the phone and said she was about to close so she wouldn't take my order. They closed at midnight. Seems like they should close at 11 or 11:30 if they wont take orders past a certain time. Ridiculous.

Its been 4 years at least since we had papa johns .
Wife called me and said she was going to get a frozen pizza and i made the huge mistake to tell her to get papa johns .
Big big mistake . This thing is horible . We would if been better off with Ellios .

10/25/24 update: Order the original crust "well done" AWFUL sauce and stillFLIMSY! UGHH
NY Style pizza is flimsy and tasteless crust. Ugh. Please change your remote service with heavy accent persons who make you repeat order. It too 15 minutes to place an order. Not efficient, just a PIA.

Hair in my food -
I need to bring a serious issue to your attention. When I opened my cinnamon pull-apart, I found a long blonde hair in it. As a Black woman with curly hair, it was obvious that this wasn't mine. On multiple occasions, I've noticed when visiting your store that some of your staff members don't wear hair nets while preparing food. In particular, there's an older woman with blonde or light brown hair who often has her long ponytail exposed, which is a significant hygiene concern.
Unfortunately, one of those hairs ended up in my food tonight, and both my child and I had already started eating before we noticed it.
This situation clearly shows that food safety isn't being prioritized at your establishment, which led me to throw away all of my food—something I find completely unacceptable.

Good pizza. Late. Not warm - disappointing. $5 delivery charge is ridiculous. So I’m not tipping driver much if they’re being stupid like that. They said not to when I ordered. I hope drivers quit and force them to stop that delivery charge. Corporate America passing on their costs to the little guy with no regard. Pitiful. And the price today was $3 more than yesterday for the same order. $23 for a large pizza. Really?!?! Inflation under the current President sucks!

Took me an hour and 25 minutes to get my food. My Door Dasher waited on my order. They said there were several Door Dashers waiting on orders. Called to complain and they wouldn't answer the phone.

We got a sorry excuse for a pizza. More crust than toppings. Normally, no issues but probably won't order again from this location!
