We ordered a Shaqaroni last week. It was cut in 10pieces and not cut all the way through. There was not much pepperoni on it. Yesterday we ordered a large pepperoni. It looked like the pizza exploded, there were twI big bubbles on one side.it was burnt and not cut all the way through. The Shaqaroni used to be good and I think your employees need trained better on how to make one. I know your company can't get dependable people to come in to work. It's happening everywhere....

Rashid the manager was very helpful! We ordered delivery and I guess it was contracted out through DoorDash through Papa John’s. When I received our order all of our pizza smelt and tasted like weed from where the driver had been smoking. Rashid was very helpful in making sure to get us a new pizza out very quickly.

I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s in Leland, NC! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy, they took the time to answer all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some wings—everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service and food quality were top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning!
