Nothing but constant problems with you guys. Constant. If it's not bad service it's a snarky employee. Stay far away from this location. We will not be returning.

I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza, my dad worked there when I was younger, but please riddle me this...why is the crust doughier now??
The crust used to have that semi-crisp signature taste to it but now their crust is just like every other pizza place. Plain, boring, and unappetizing. Sigh.......

The pizza was good , but the dine in experience was just awful .
The details are too numerous to list , it's just nothing like it use to be .
The staff exhibited overtly racist behavior, making assumptions and derogatory comments based on race. Their actions created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Typically I do not have a problem with my food from this location but my last two orders had issues. I didn’t make a big deal from the last incident but tonight’s delivery really irritated me. I ordered my grandson a medium thin crust cheese pizza. It came extremely dry, you can’t see the sauce or taste it. It’s literally cooked cheese and crust. It’s super hard and dry it’s ridiculous.
I call and they tell me that are really busy and they can remake it but I’ll have to come get it because they couldn’t get another one out to me until about a hour to a hour and 30 minutes or she can give me a credit. Smh.
So disappointing.
Great group of people who work here best pizza hut around

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut. Food quality only gets two stars because it was good, bread sticks werent even sticks, had to rip them apart. Food was luke warm, wasn't even hot, and it came straight from the oven to the table.
Service was terrible, even though the guy Named Grady did a good job but he acted like it was killing him to do his job, like he was scared to offer something. I asked for a fountain drink because there is clearly a fountain machine, then I asked for tea because there is clearly a tea urn right there, but didn't have tea either, had to settle for a bottle drink. Then the only menu they do have, has pizza priced differently but when you order it, there like 3 dollars more than what the menu is stating.
The whole place looked run down, like love the old style building for pizza hut but the place looked abandoned, i seriously was afraid I was gonna get robbed by the employees there.
Just to summarize the Manager that is there could do a way better job than what she is doing, honestly she only looked as if she was only there just to make a check, literally doesn't care about the business at all. I will not be return to this location for a while. For who ever owns this one, you may want to update your staff or you will lose that business inside a year.

What a joke this place is....
I do not like take out pizza so we went into to dine, what a MISTAKE!
Right off the bat they say we don't have menus. Okay no problem, then we figured out what we wanted and went back to the counter to order and from there it got worse. The person taking the order acted as though he had very little clue how to put requests on the order. I ordered our drinks and he said we only have bottles, I asked about iced tea and he said we brewed some today but I have to ask if you can have it...what the heck!? Needless to say he got approved to sell me it but there was NO ice in it.
Now we are to where the pizza and breadsticks come out, in a box and paper bag. I told them I do not want my pizza in a box that is why we came inside to eat. The manager rudely says we'll it would be in a box if you ordered it to go. I replied yes but we came inside to eat for that reason then she says we'll we don't have a server and walks away. Needless to say the pizza was undercooked and the sauce for the breadsticks was COLD. If you have an open dining room there should be a server or you should tell customers that your pizza will be in a box as if your taking it to go and no table service. What a huge disappointment!!!

I and my family had just went to the store in and as we were about to enter an employee was walking out and we ask if yhe dinning room was opened. The employee with a very sassy and annoyed toned answered "Yes, the dinning room is opened". We go inside and the place is completely empty beside one employee at the front with the manager. Us not knowing anything go to sit at a table and the manager in an annoyed tone said "You have to take your order at the counter I don't have to serve you." Or something in the aspect of front service. All because of the way we were spoken too we left. I even made a physical comment for both the rude manager and employee to hear as we walked away. "Now I know and understand why yall don't get dine in customers yall are very rude." I understand that they are busy with online orders but there is no reason at all to be annoyed with dine in customers who just got there and didn't know that they had changed how thing are ran. I sure hope the corporate sees this comment because if managers and employees are going to show attitude towards customers who walk in to dine in like I and my family experienced. They do not need to be doing customer service at all. I have worked as a hostess. Therefore i know what the RULES of customer service is. 1 BE KIND. 2 GREET THE CUSTOMERS WITH A SMILE. 3 SHOW THEM THAT THEY ARE WELCOME SO THAT THEY FEEL WELCOMED. 4 ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF ANYCHANGES AS YOU GREET THEM. Having a rude tone and an attitude to boot is not a form of customer service. It only pushes the customers away and they possibly will NOT come back or order online. Im for sure not ever going back to this particularr store. I wish the company never shut down the Southport loction at least everytime I had went there. The employees and the Manger were very kind and actully seemed happy to see customers choosing to dine in.

We were hoping to give my son the Pizza Hut experience for his birthday that used to be around since the Leland location has a dining room. So disappointed. Staff not helpful. No fountain drinks. Pizza and wings came out in to go containers. The size of the large pan pizza looked like a medium hand tossed pizza. Do not recommend dining in. 👎
