I came to buy two drinks that were not even in the menu, because I am used to buy them somewhere else. I decided to stop here to see if they can prepare them for me, based on the information I had about the ingredients. The lady who took the order was very nice and she said that they could prepare them. I was very thankful for her willingness to help me. After waiting there for what I considered a significant amount of time for my drinks to be ready. I went to check with them. They saw that there were two unclaimed drinks on the counter, only one was mine. They concluded that someone grabbed one of my drinks and left one of theirs behind. The purpose of this post is to complain for the amount of time it took for them to give me my drinks, when there was not much going on at the time. Also, I would like to say that they can do better on the system to deliver the product. Maybe, I was distracted or they didn't shout loud enough. It seems like they can do better. Maybe you would say. That was nothing. OK. At least what happened to me is registered here now. So, let's see how many times it happens to others. Maybe, it is an isolated event. I hope. I wish them, success. Regardless. I am glad they are an option for us to have conveniently located in Leland.

Don’t go to this one unless you have lots of time to waste. Stopped in to grab a coffee beverage, but ended up leaving without it.
The lady who took our order couldn’t have been more friendly and engaging. The other two employees were very slow and seemed much more interested in talking with each other than preparing drinks.
It bothers me as a customer to leave without getting the drink for which I paid them. It infuriates me that I even included a tip when ordering.
Will never visit this location again!

I originally gave a 5 star rating for this location, however, over the last month or so they consistently get my very easy coffee orders wrong. Latest example was today 10/07/25 @ roughly 7:45am I went to pick up my mobile order that included a 16oz cold brew with heavy cream and no ice (which they charge extra for). They filled the cup half way with ice and also put an extreme amount of heavy cream in the coffee, at least as much cream as actual coffee. Very disappointing, especially when they charge you extra for a special request but do not deliver.
The pressure of tipping has got out of control here and the lattes are average at best. Ive really become tired of getting pressured to tip after being charged nearly $7 for an okay latte. I dont go here often because of the high prices. I've been occasionally going here for a few years on and off. I went through the drive thru this morning and paid with my card. The girl at the window asked me if I wanted to tip her. At the drive thru? Really? Youre not waiting tables. Youre not bartending. Im in a drive thru. If the staff is asking for tips, either they need to go work a serving job or they need to re-evaluate their pay scale. I don't think staff should pressure customers for tips the way this place does. You have your a tip jar and that should be the extent of it. Waiters dont even ask about tipping. I hadn't even recieved my drink before this young lady was asking for more money for a service she had yet to provide. After getting my drink and driving off, I was honestly not impressed with my now nearly $9 latte. Its out of control. I hope the owners or corporate address this with staff. It's not cool. It's inspired me to skip this extra expense and just make coffee at home.

I’ve been coming off and on but with the new staff and Terrence the manager, I find myself needing coffee more often! Always a great spot to chat with friends or just get a coffee to go. Terrence’s cheer and customer service is another bright spot in my day!

Took 30 minutes to get me a double espresso. Other guest around me were obviously antsy as well and employees were being rude to them.

Absolutely love this PCJ! The staff is so sweet and caring. I love coming here to sit and work on things.
Coffee is great! However, this is the only coffee shop that literally takes 5-7 min making a coffee drink. A bit extreme for a drive thru.

If you're looking for a fast cup of coffee, this is not your place.I put my order in thirty minutes before I came to pick it up online.And still had to wait five minutes for my order. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
