This review is strictly for the manager, Grace. I completely empathize with her and the staff she’s been given. They have major attitude problems, out of no where. Over the top rude, hateful and completely unwarranted. I waited for Grace aprox minutes. She was kind, a great listener and even explained they’ve had other issues with those girls and their lack of kind customer service. I greatly appreciate her time this morning when I had conflict with those super young rude girls. Again I thank you Grace! You’re amazing.

Rang up my order wrong then when I told them it was incorrect they said I would have to be charged for their mistake. Also did not call out my order so I had no idea it was sitting and waiting til 15 minutes later. (Especially with it being incorrect)
Always more than willing to help and professionalism! Tables always have leftover crumbs, and customers are lazy.

The coffee was slightly better than Starbucks but no good enough. The kid running the counter tried to convince to change my order because he didn't want to brew more of the dark roast at 10;30am. He seemed upset when I said I'd wait. My wife did love her strawberry banana smoothie though.
