I’ve been coming off and on but with the new staff and Terrence the manager, I find myself needing coffee more often! Always a great spot to chat with friends or just get a coffee to go. Terrence’s cheer and customer service is another bright spot in my day!
This review is strictly for the manager, Grace. I completely empathize with her and the staff she’s been given. They have major attitude problems, out of no where. Over the top rude, hateful and completely unwarranted. I waited for Grace aprox minutes. She was kind, a great listener and even explained they’ve had other issues with those girls and their lack of kind customer service.
