This by far the best PCJ I have ever been to. It is has the best most professional and kind customer service. The attempts I have made at Brunswick Forest PCJ over the years I have lived in Leland have been the complete opposite. I refuse to go to any other PCJ in Leland. Waterford PCJ is by far better than any other, especially all the local ones! Keep it up. Yall are so kind and professional. Coffee's are always so good!

I stopped by, got a coffee and 2 food items. After ordering my food, a German cockroach crawled up on the counter from behind the counter. Very distinctive from a palmetto/water bug. The cashier waited a minute or two and then squished it and acted as it was a normal occurrence. I left and threw my food away and immediately contacted their corporate office to report it and request a refund. I have yet to hear anything back and it's been almost a week.

Used to be really good. Ordered 2 coffees today and both were absolutely HORRIBLE.

Coffee is better than Starbucks IMHO simply because it is not so burnt tasting and usually not scalding hot. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always very friendly.

I work across the street and often come in with several drink orders for coworkers. Staff is always kind and patient with me, especially when I'm not sure what my coworkers exactly want. Plenty of vegetarian options, but I miss the wraps and flavored cream cheeses.

Nice little coffee spot. We try to stop here everytime we are in town. Food/drinks are quick and consistent.

Parking: Ample parking… it’s a happening area but there is sufficient parking. Well planned shopping center.

Always love to go through Port City for my coffee. It’s my favorite in and around Leland!! And I’m always greeted with smiles when I go!
The coffee itself has the best flavor. My go to is the signature coffees or the blended coffees in the summertime.

The shop is a bit difficult to get to sometimes but it’s definitely worth it. My favorite drink is definitely the green wave smoothie. The staff here is always very friendly and they are quick. The only thing I don’t like is the seating area is kind of small and the drinks are a bit expensive
