I got water and a menu at the bar and waited 30 minutes to have someone return and they never came back. I have been to Shuckin' Shack a few times, and service can sometimes be slow, but I have never had this happen before.
Perfect evening 8/23/25 for great music & food. Only problem was service. Not enough staff for the numbers of customers outside. When we finally got our food, no silverware to eat it. After waiting for it, went inside & asked…told none was clean. That is not acceptable. Maybe have plastic for occasions when you run out.
Brunswick Village location has a nice outdoor area they have local bands playing during the summer season! Staff is friendly and the food is good nice variety from big dinners to appetizers.
