Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

The portions were small. The mac and cheese was very dry. The green beans were old. The pulled pork, bbq beans, and cole slaw were good.

Went there on a Sunday around 5:00. The chicken was fresh, juicy and delicious. The hushpuppies and fries were very good as well. Definitely got what we paid for, I couldn’t finish all my food. The place was clean. I would come back definitely.

The chicken sandwich was fine. However, my issue is that there was a dog (no indication it was a service dog) in the dining room indoors. I expressed my discomfort to the employees. They asked if I was allergic. I said no and they did not ask the dog to leave and sit at an outdoor table I believe tbe law is no dogs in businesses serving food. I will not be back!

Best fried chicken ever! I would definitely go again. New in the area and plan to go as much as possible. The barbecue is great as well.

Great food and friendly service. Always a go to when I am in the area.

Update 10/30/24 - slipping a little, no utensils to eat with, had to ask for them, specifically asked the little girl for light ice, and she brought it to me full of ice.

Claims they do not take doordash orders after 9:30 which violates doordash policy and store policy. If your store isnt gonna take doordash orders then please shut your system down at the specified time.

It's fast food, but the service was outstanding. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Terrible. Over priced. Small portions. Only 2 types of bbq sauce that are both really "liquidy". Hushpuppies were good but no honey butter or anything for them.

Good was great. Glad I was paying attention because they charged my dad twice for a meal. They apologized and refunded his money without a problem.

I ORDERED LARGE BBQ FOR DINE IN AND THEY BRING COLD FOOD IN A TO GO PLATE TO MY TABLE. IT WAS OBVIOSLY LEFT OVER TO GO PLATE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE

Went through the drive-thru this evening and the service we received was terrific. The young man working was super friendly and polite. Hard to find these days. Thanks Smithfields!

This is one of the worst Smithfield’s I have ever came in contact with. The managers have horrible attitudes especially, the general manager named Nabors. They seriously need to work on their customer service and how they treat people. Will never be returning here.
