I have come to the Starbucks many times and I’ve never had any issues. I actually think they make the drinks better than the standalone Starbucks across the street however, since the new Matcha powder has come out, I just don’t think that they quite understand how to make it correctly. I’ve had it at other Starbucks. It’s turned out fine, but it needs another scoop of Matcha powder or something because every time I get it plain with the new powder that’s not sweetened with anything it literally just taste like I’m drinking milk. It’s barely a green color. As someone who has been drinking both Starbucks Matcha and Japanese Matcha for a couple years now I just know that they’re not putting enough powder in it. Other than that customer service is great

Went in to order coffee but the lady said they were closed at 2:48. Someone called out of work so they closed. How pathetic. Both girls were on their phones. This is life in 2024.
