I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews. This location is fantastic. My kids and I frequent it a couple times a week. Always fantastic especially the customer service; these are some of the kindest and most attentive people I've met (and I'm from Ohio). Drinks are always hot. Sometimes yes it does take a bit of time when there are 47 cars in the drive thru and 20 people standing inside ❤️ speed has never been an issue with our orders. Keep up the great work Starbucks and people remember we mostly get what we give in life 😀

What is really impressive about this location, is the speed an accuracy of the staff. They are consistently extremely busy, but some how deliver drinks at a fast pace and correctly! This is hard to find these days.

Lack of motivation and service. Ashley who rang me up, had a snobby attitude and needless to say it shouldn’t take someone 14 minutes to put coffee in a personal mug who’s standing on line. Multiple orders at least counted 10 plus orders given out that were placed after me. It was a simple drink (Hot Vanilla Chi w/ Whole milk) I wasn’t trying to be annoying but standing there with others waiting for over 10 minutes is ridiculous and flat out rude everyone is focusing on drive thru and running all over and ignoring customers at the counter and one person does walk in’s. Needless to say get your staff together, this location is Notorious for slow service and i understand but its every time even placing online orders.

Waited in the drive thru today for 45 minutes!!! Had to get out of line and go inside. Staff were grouped up chatting not working. The place was packed out and everyone was having to wait long times. I was able to get my two coffees, that were melted by the time I got them, but the rest of my order still was not ready. Everyone at this location today needs to be fired and new staff brought in. I will not be returning to this Starbucks ever again. I will go to port city Java or anywhere else but here. Absolutely awful!

Just moved here and I am a regular at Starbucks in every area I live in lol. I’m not sure about the negative reviews, but when I come to this location, I get greeted and treated nicely every visit, even when they have messed up like once or twice they don’t begrudgingly fix the issue, they fix it as if I were their friend or family and want to make it right, and I really appreciate their customer service here.

You can’t be the brightest crayon in the box if you regularly give this place money so you can wait 35 minutes for your drink. I don’t understand why somebody would give people their hard earned money just to wait 35 minutes for a drink or some type of food item. It makes absolutely no sense.

Hi, I just wanted to inform whoever was working this morning that I ordered an iced matcha latte with soy milk and i believe it was regular whole milk. I come every morning and get the same thing. I didn’t realize till I left and after a couple sips I could really tell the difference. I am a breast feeding mom to a baby who is allergic to cows milk and I also am a breast milk donor to babies who are dairy free. I understand it gets busy and mistakes happen. I just wanted you to be aware and be mindful when making drinks.

Just did a DoorDash order for 4 drinks & 3 food items.. which isn’t cheap. When the drinks arrived, there was a black hair in my daughters strawberry frap.. When I called the store, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Very disgusting & disappointing.

For everyone upset about the wait last week: it was fall launch, one of the busiest times of the year. The staff was clear about the wait times, and they can’t make drinks instantly and perfectly at the same time. If you don’t have time to wait, that’s on your planning, not them. Every time I come here, the team is friendly, hardworking, and does a great job. They deserve patience, not rudeness.

Great job here. Maybe a long shot but there was a guy with long dark hair and a beard who handed me my drink with a smile on his face (according to my friend I was meeting). Would love to know who he was so I could smile back :)
