I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews. This location is fantastic. My kids and I frequent it a couple times a week. Always fantastic especially the customer service; these are some of the kindest and most attentive people I've met (and I'm from Ohio). Drinks are always hot. Sometimes yes it does take a bit of time when there are 47 cars in the drive thru and 20 people standing inside ❤️ speed has never been an issue with our orders. Keep up the great...

What is really impressive about this location, is the speed an accuracy of the staff. They are consistently extremely busy, but some how deliver drinks at a fast pace and correctly! This is hard to find these days.

Always come here and they never fail to make everything great. The reason for the review though is for the young lady in the window this morning at about 8:00. I failed to catch a name but she goes above and beyond. Made my morning 🩷
