Really? I clearly asked for the red gatorade and was given the blue. The driver said ya’ll pre packaged the orders. If you do that you need to make sure its correct. I do not blame the doordash driver one bit. I would understand if you were out but usually dont yall notify the driver so they can notify me?

This has got to be the worst sub I ever ate. I will not be returning to this subway. This one girl there was very cold and acted like she had an attitude, and toasted my bread for WAY TOO long. Feels like a brick.

This is one of the few places that will take food to ccs. I am going to start by saying I spend a lot of money at this subway and I understand mistakes are made but they have the rudest workers here. I ordered my daughter and son lunch that they didn’t receive because they either didn’t understand my note or they didn’t read it. And if they didn’t understand they didn’t call me or inform the school instead put it all in a bag with the rest of the classes and dropped it off never saying anything so when I call and a worker answers the phone hollering and fussing when all I wanted to know is if food was at school or at subway she hands the phone over to the manger still hollering in the back ground and again I all need to know is where the food is to feed my child. Now I spent 20 dollars to feed 2 kids lunch to be treated as if I was the problem not sure at this point if everyone that calls with an issue is treated like this but if they are I can see them being out of business shortly again I wasn’t asking for it to be replaced or my money back just the location of the food!

I ordered online through the website and clearly asked for lays baked chips. I received doritos. The driver could have checked the bag and receipt for the correct chips. If they did not have the chips in stock, the driver should always CALL and let the customer know. I want a refund for my order because of this. I paid a lot more money online rather than in person and this is unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened when I ordered through the website.

Soooooo disappointed!!! Literally 30 mins before closing time - I was turned down due to them “ already shutting down” I could even understand if I was walking in there 10 mins before closing but 30 minutes is absurd !! I probably wouldn’t have mentioned this if i wouldn’t have been denied service during business hours — but last week I walked in with my small child and an employee was VAPING in the store!!!! Unprofessional and no customer service was very poor!! I hope.a manager sees this review!!!

I came in at 8:30. They don't close until 9 and they wouldn't take my order. They said that they had to close up. It was two teenage kids who acted very unprofessional. And rude.

I did an app order, and all 3 of my subs had the wrong ham and no extra meat that I paid for. My oatmeal cookie was replaced with choc chip. If they were out of these things, I just wish they checked if the replacements were ok rather than just saying nothing.
On the plus side, their ingredients are always fresh and friendly employees.

Worst subway location. Came in 25-30 minutes before closing and was told receipt printer wasn’t working so no orders could be taken, I came in for a sandwich not a receipt. the time before the store was still open they were just closing shop early.

Placed order online. Waited 50 minutes even tho app said food was ready. Wrong bread. Wrong cheese. None of our subs were correct. AND they were supposed to be BOGO footlong. NOPE charged full price!!

Placed a pick up order for 2 toasted Philly cheese steaks. Neither were toasted and my steak was ice cold. Heating it was not option since the sub had lettuce on it. I had to drive back to the store. Sub in hand on a plate, I asked the girl at the register if there was a manager and she said no and walked off. The sandwich maker was very polite and told me to speak with the convenient store next door. As I approached the counter at the convenient store, there stood Chelsea the cashier at Subway warning the convenient store clerk of my presence. Still Chelsea made no contact with me nor addressed my issue. The convenient store clerk called the manager who “agreed” to remake my sub. I worked in the restaurant industry many years and I was in shock of how the situation was handled first off. I think they should have also given my money back or at least a voucher for the next visit to a subway. I won’t be going back to this one. Not only is the customer service horrible, I tipped originally and drove ten extra miles back to the store when I shouldn’t have had to in the first place. And might I add, the sandwich guy was super nice but as I watched him make my sandwich this time, I couldn’t help but notice all the dead flies stuck to the display case glass.. gross!
