I’ve given this location numerous chances, and each time it’s been a frustrating experience. The last visit was the final straw. I tried to order a sandwich, but they were out of bread and cheese—seriously? So I took it in stride amd ordered a smoothie, and guess what? They were out of the main ingredients!
To top it off, the air conditioner was broken during my last visit, and it felt like stepping into a sauna at a sweltering hundred degrees. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a place that seems perpetually out of stock on essential items. It feels like every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a new excuse (credit machine down, no cheese, only one flavor of chips, no whey). If you're looking for a reliable smoothie or sandwich, I recommend trying somewhere else. This place has become a constant letdown.
Can someone please talk to the young teenage girl at the Leland location about how nasty it is to be eating her hair while customers are ordering their food? Yes!! I said eating her hair! I have watched this young lady on several different occasions pull her hair out and eat it.
I ordered through DoorDash and got three of the same wraps, which were horribly made and missing ingredients. Wasn’t what I ordered at all. I requested for it to be remade and redelivered, and they cancelled my order resulting in me losing my money. Thankfully DoorDash support was able to process a refund for me, but this place has become a big disappointment.

We ordered online only to be given the wrong order. We were given a gift card as consolidation. We went there again on a date only to find out the gift card doesn't work AND given the wrong order again.

Customer service is good. Food quality is average. Price is a little high.
Update: 2nd time this store has blundered. Got the right order but the wrong ingredients and one item was missing. Guess I am going to take my business elsewhere at this point.
Can’t get a door dash order correct. Gave our door dasher the wrong order and it was for grub hub and not even door dash. I try and call while they are still open and the phone says they are closed.
I was in line waiting to get my order taken when I saw a short black girl LICK PEANUT BUTTER OFF OF HER GLOVE and she went back to making smoothies WITHOUT changing her glove. Very disappointing. Then, while I was drinking my smoothie, a tall man with reddish hair came in with no uniform, kissed the girl from before, and walked into the back with her. I highly doubt he's an employee, and even if he is, why is he distracting his girlfriend from her job? And why did no one do anything about it? Very unclean and I will not be returning. I hope the manager or whoever is in charge does something about this.

Went there to get a smoothie after a long day of work. It was 8 PM and they had their doors locked. I made eye contact with the gal at the counter and she looked at me and then turned away without a word or motion. Open sign was still on and everything. Very disappointing

The manager is really nice and helpful, I come in every Friday with 10+ smoothie orders and they never make me feel bad for it like some other places did

I enjoy Tropical smoothie a lot but i am very disappointed in the employees. I came in and ordered food while there was a line and the manager (i assume) called out for help with food multiple times and no one came to help her… and there was an employee in the back on her phone. She ended up having to make the food herself… very disappointing teamwork!!
