this wasnt a long wait and we have four people in our family. they were patient and when we were late to pick up the food, they were very kind and understanding. the food was perfect per usual, i expect nothing less from waffle house!

They want let u place to go orders inside on weekends between 6-2 have to on line...ok thats fine...but when it tells u your order will be ready st certain time n u get there n it's not n u gotta wait another 20 mins n u ask n they get a attitude...hello yall the one's who told me when to come get it...so yes im 😡 cause I have things to do n be so I do that around the time u say...so now im late getting to where I have to be...if u going to mix the online with those in there orders then u need to find a way to get both done in a timely fashion...cause what yall have now ain't working

Haley is an excellent server very attentive and ensures her customers are taken care of
I walked in about 6:40 there were 5 customers 6 waitresses, 2 cooks that I saw. All of the customers had already been served. I was ignored then finally a waitress said I could sit wherever I wanted. Once seated I was ignored again. Then 2 waitresses began to argue over who would wait on me. The one who ended up waiting on my was rude and never came back once I got my food. However, the cooks delivered my food to me quickly and it was good.

Literally just walked in and held the door for a white couple and the waiter has them to be seated first. She literally looked at me hold the door for the couple as my and my wife walked in first. I hate racism but this was just a terrible experience. I expected better from even the bottom of the breakfast chain
