Literally just walked in and held the door for a white couple and the waiter has them to be seated first. She literally looked at me hold the door for the couple as my and my wife walked in first. I hate racism but this was just a terrible experience. I expected better from even the bottom of the breakfast chain

The eggs and waffles were good but everything else was horrible. The hash browns and toast were burnt and soggy. Our server Jasper had an awful attitude and barely checked up on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Lastly, my wife left her phone inside of the restaurant and no one bothered to tell me or her and when you try to call the store, there is just a recording that plays over and over again with no way of actually talking to anyone.

My family has been a loyal customer of this establishment for almost six years, visiting almost every week. However, in the past year, our orders have consistently been messed up whenever we visit in the afternoon. Pam is the root cause of this issue. Every time we come in, the employees are visibly upset with her, as she consistently screws up our orders. As a result, we will no longer be spending money at this establishment. It’s rare to be able to address a specific person in such a situation, but this is simply ridiculous.

I went into restaurant and I had the cook and 4 servers stare at me as I walked to the register to make a to go order. One server was actually just standing at the register. I waited about 3 mins and I say excuse me have you all stopped greeting people when they come in and I proceeded to say I only want some breakfast to go. Then one cashier came over to take my order while the one who was just standing at the register walks away. Better customer service training needed in my opinion. I will be trying this location out again to see if changes are made.

You either get Wafflehouse or you don't. This Saturday, I brought my nephews 8-10 for their 2nd time. Barbara was our server, and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond, and she is a great ambassador for Wafflehouse!
Waiter was on phone not paying attention refilled my tea with no ice hashbrowns where burnt and picked egg shell out of my eggs over all bad experiences want be going back there ever

Waiter left mid table never got waited after bacon cheeseburger. She gave me a normal cheeseburger for cheese on my hashbrowns didn’t get cheese never refilled my water.
