Consistently wrong orders in the drive thru, I wouldn’t know if they get it right inside because the dining room is consistently closed. The food is Wendy’s, if it’s good it’s good. Recently was forced to “pull forward because we’re waiting on fresh fries” only to get cold fries. Corporate should do something to improve this franchise or find a new owner.

This Wendy’s is always closed early. I have gone twice now that it has been open at 6pm and 8pm and the store has been closed way before closing hours. The service is always rude at this location and the food is always cold. I love Wendy’s but for this being a newer location opened it has been nothing but disappointing. I will drive into Wilmington if I want Wendy’s because this location is never satisfying.

I hardly go to Wendy's, but i did today 11/20 @4pm.. The gentleman at the window was on point. Fast service, plenty of nugg sauce and even hooked me up with a last minute drink. 👏 I have yet to have a bad experience here just wanted to give them credit since they seem to get alot of hate. 🍻

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order nothing was right, I went to talk to someone inside
and I also showed how the burger was cold to the touch. I was told it's fast food what more do you want. I asked for a refund and was denied. I have had several bad experiences here. I was supposed to be sent a coupon in the mail, was never received and when I asked about it the manger acted like nothing was known. This place needs to be shut down!

On Saturday 11-16-2024 around 7pm I visited this Wendy'thewe first tried to dine in but all doors were locked. We went to the drive thru and sat there for 12 minutes after the employee said one moment please. We place our order, 3 Dave's single meals so nothing special. We drove up to the window and sat waiting on our food for an additional 15 minutes. We finally got our food and they left off one burger. I sat at the window for another 3 minutes trying to get someone's attention to let them know. There were employees moping and sweeping, on filling drinks one at a time. No one was doing anything to try and get customers taken care of. The line was wrapped around the building at this point and 5 or 6 cars left the line to go elsewhere. I will never go to this Wendy's again and the owners should know their employees are costing them tons of business as it's poorly run. To top it all off my food was cold when I finally got it.

The order wasn't correct and the food was not hot. The burgers tasted like they were sitting in a warmer. I will not go there again.
Arrived around 7:30 PM. The person behind my register took my order very fast & accurately. I got my food relatively quickly, and it was hot, fresh, neat, and good. I dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. I then went to my car to listen to some music and finish my tea! The tea wasn't prepared the best, but it was still alright. Overall, the trip was increbidly pleasant aside from the red SUV that crashed into the side of the building, the unbelievably red sky, the EMS sirens, the power outage, and the bright flashing lights. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good cheeseburger!
Parking: Very good parking! Not very easy to get out of when there's two firetrucks, an ambulance, several police cars, a damaged car, and a tow truck are doing their thing, but at least it's easily accessible for emergency services when they are needed!

This place is a joke. TWO DOORDASH ORDERS back to back… BOTH COMPLETELY WRONG.
I ORDERED TWO ORDERS WITH NO ONIONS. IM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. TWO TIMES IVE RECEIVED ORDERS WITH ONIONS AND COULD HAVE GONE TO THE HOSPITAL IF I DIDN’T LOOK.
NOT ONLY THIS BUT I ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER AND I GOT A CHICKEN SANDWICH…BOTH TIMES.
I CALLED APPROXIMATELY 10 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS.

Absolutely horrid. The employees are miserable, orders are constantly wrong, they simply don't want to do their jobs. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup - perfect because I had my pup in the car. When I got to the drive thru they said I can come inside to pick up my order. I explained I can not because my dog is in the car and that I ordered specifically for drive thru pickup. I drove around to the windows and qthey would not give me my order so I said I needed a refund. Initially they refused, but upon my persistence they then told me they can only give a partial refund because I ordered through the app. I had to call their corporate office to escalate the issue. They could have simply walked over and grabbed my order to give to me at the drive thru -- just as I had ordered it. But they're lazy and miserable people who work at wendys but want to go on a power trip. Pathetic.
