This place is an absolute disaster. No organization. The employees have terrible attitudes and there is zero sense of urgency. I ordered my food 15 minutes ahead because I was in a hurry and still had to wait over 30 minutes once I got there for them to even make my food. Don't waste your time going here until they get a team that actually cares. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This location always disappoints. The drive thru line it’s always so long and the service so slow. If you go inside it’s not any difference and it’s so dirty that you can’t skate on that greasy floor. But the worst it’s when you get discriminated for your accent from someone that is a part of a minority also! They don’t know what customers service means.

I went this morning to get some breakfast. After sitting at the drive thru and getting no service I drove to the window. The young lady who was working was asleep with her head on the counter. I had to use my horn to finally get service. When I finally got service she was rude and acted like I was disturbing her. I was absolutely disappointed in the customer service.

the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever seen. The tables, seats and floor are so sticky, I think they have never been washed. The bathrooms are dirty and not supplied. The place is freezing cold inside but you can't sit outside because the employees use that as their break room. They need to get warm so they turn on the outside heaters. It's also their smoking lounge even though there are no smoking signs posted. The burger meat is spoiled to the point of smelling bad. Then it's left to sit around after cooking before the burgers are made. The burgers are over sauced. Don't ever go here. I haven't gotten sick yet but I can feel it coming on.

Order the number 1/the Wendy’s double burger combo yesterday which I was charged for and as I got home I had a single burger and this was after I confirmed with the lady twice what I wanted, and then I called 4x to report it no one answered, yep I will never go back to Wendy’s in Leland

I got food poisoning from this place every single time I ate there. Literally every time. I also get them delivered DoorDash and they got mine and my wife’s order wrong every time.
I’d either get someone else’s food, or they’d pack 30% of my order. Always stuff missing. Just go to a different Wendy’s

So it's 12:09 and it's says yall close at 1 tell me why I got the drivetru and I received not respons I also go to the window and I see them mocking me bc I try to order and u guys not doing no more just bc yall close at 1. Crazy how yall decided to close an hour early. I also saw alot of delivery drivers having the same problem apparently they were taking the on line either. Sep.20.2025

These boys who work here used to bully my son in middle and high school so bad I had to have him transferred. I come through the drive thru and I see them both working. Keeng and Isaiah, they both start cackling at me and my son making jokes as soon as we pulled up. Seems like wendys just hires anyone and doesn’t care about their customer support. Ridiculous.
