3 cars in the drive thru and it takes 15 min per car to get to the speaker and then order. This location needs to be shut down. Plus the food sucked

This wendys sucks bad. Ive sat in drive through multiple times for almost 10 min... only to get to speaker and no one answer or say nothing. Terrible service. All the workers need retraining or get a new job. Dave would not approve.

I rarely rate negatively, but I'm NEVER going back. Every element of my order was wrong, the employees were nice to me but fighting amongst each other ... and the cussing was nonstop and extreme.

These boys who work here used to bully my son in middle and high school so bad I had to have him transferred. I come through the drive thru and I see them both working. Keeng and Isaiah, they both start cackling at me and my son making jokes as soon as we pulled up. Seems like wendys just hires anyone and doesn’t care about their customer support. Ridiculous.

It's gone rapidly down hill in the past few months. There's been a lot of staff turnover. I was mostly indifferent until today when I got a burger DROWNING in mayonnaise. Like, why would you think someone would enjoy that? Ugh...

This Wendy’s opened and I was so glad but after going there several times I have yet to be able to get a burger there. This is by FAR the sorriest fast food place I’ve ever visited. The place has never been open when I’ve gone there except for the drive through. The service or the lack there of is ridiculous and whoever owns this place needs to turn it over to someone else. This place is giving Wendy’s chain a bad reputation and should be shut down. The owner should be ashamed and the Wendy’s company should step in and somehow repo this place before it hurts the whole company image! There is so many complaints about this place I just don’t know how it hasn’t been closed down by now! Hey Owner!! DO SOMETHING for God’s sake!!!
