I used to swear by this restaurant but lately the food quality is absolutely terrible. I can no longer continue to order here and waste my money. Today I spent $27.34 the egg roll was cold like it had not been cooked and the boneless spare ribs were also cold. I called the store and there is no manager on duty and the young lady that answered the phone offered me a free egg roll. I will not be back so one customer lost and the review hopefully will discourage others

I ordered chicken chow mein…..where is the chicken? My egg roll was forgotten and wonton soup had 1 wonton in it and the soup was orange. Yuck

Excellent food sesame chicken is my favorite and Owner keeps the place spotless clean, food is cooked fast and is delicious. If you want good chinese food and service come here. Some of these 1 star reviews are dishonest and don't tell the full story with people recording things and threatening the owner also refusing to leave, yelling making a scene and making everybody uncomfortable. He is very fair.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The food is terrible and the management is even worse. I purchased shrimp that tasted like windex and then went back to return my food because it was inedible and he told me that there was nothing wrong with the food but refused to smell the shrimp. He wouldn’t refund my order or do anything to make it right.
I ordered triple delight with not mushrooms, no baby corn and no bamboo shoots, I asked if I could get extra broccoli instead of those 3 things and was told that it would be an extra 3 dollars. I said ok but don't think that is fair. Anyway, I got extra bamboo shoots and only 2 shrimp in this meal. When I called they were very rude and not interested in helping me at all. I'll go back to Bolivia from now on, they are at least nice when there is a mistake.

I've been ordering from Wok and Roll since they opened their doors. Unfortunately, quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I ordered a boneless spare rib combo. I always pay for extra vegetables in the fried rice if I am ordering a combo, because the combo plate rice has literally nothing in it compared to when you order a pint. I paid $2 extra for a couple small pieces of broccoli and zucchini. The boneless ribs were so fatty I couldn't hardly eat them. They must have changed the way they make them because they didn't even taste the same. I honestly dont mind paying extra, but dont charge more AND cut the quality of the food. Very disappointed in what used to be my go to for take out.

I'll start off by telling you, I was born and raised in the New York area. The quality and freshness, is second to none. I am impressed how how close it is to New York quality if not better. My problem lies with the fried rice, this is absolutely the worst roast pork fried rice I've ever encountered. Very disappointing you can count the pieces of roast pork in the dish with virtually no vegetables at all. if they can correct this I believe they would be the best Chinese restaurant in North Carolina and many other places. I literally throw the rice away and go to Harris teeter next door and buy it from them. The only reason I rated the food of three is because of the fried rice everything else I've tried here is made of the highest quality and fresh. Please please please please please correct the fried rice.
