I've been ordering from Wok and Roll since they opened their doors. Unfortunately, quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I ordered a boneless spare rib combo. I always pay for extra vegetables in the fried rice if I am ordering a combo, because the combo plate rice has literally nothing in it compared to when you order a pint. I paid $2 extra for a couple small pieces of broccoli and zucchini. The boneless ribs were so fatty I couldn't hardly eat them. They must have changed the way they make them because they didn't even taste the same. I honestly dont mind paying extra, but dont charge more AND cut the quality of the food. Very disappointed in what used to be my go to for take out.

I'll start off by telling you, I was born and raised in the New York area. The quality and freshness, is second to none. I am impressed how how close it is to New York quality if not better. My problem lies with the fried rice, this is absolutely the worst roast pork fried rice I've ever encountered. Very disappointing you can count the pieces of roast pork in the dish with virtually no vegetables at all. if they can correct this I believe they would be the best Chinese restaurant in North Carolina and many other places. I literally throw the rice away and go to Harris teeter next door and buy it from them. The only reason I rated the food of three is because of the fried rice everything else I've tried here is made of the highest quality and fresh. Please please please please please correct the fried rice.

I’ve never gone an Asian place that betters their chicken wings to fry them, spring rolls were bland and my sesame chicken should have been bubble gum chicken it was so chewy and they didn’t have snow peas/pee pods and yes I asked for some they said they don’t have them!

Ordered house lomein and there was hardly any meat in it. Why advertise a meal with chicken,beef and shrimp and have no chicken, and maybe 3 pieces of beef and shrimp

Me and my wife went there today customer service sucks this white man came in and we was in there before him and she ignored us all together it was just like all she saw was a white man first time and last time hope you have no good luck in Leland. Very poor customer service wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family

It burns me when these places put a coupon in the attractions book and then decide to not honor it half way through the year. I haven't tasted the food yet, but it sounds like the "new owners" are driving this place into the ground. We won't be back. There are too many other choices now.

Ribs - bone in - are yummy, wonton soup decent as is chix on stick. Glad they cook to order for us both, fried rice especially. Take out uber convenient.
