Always a pleasure to get a coffee from Blue Moose. The staff is friendly and helpful.
These people do not care if they waste your time or not. They pull you forward and you sit and wait 10-15 minutes while others in line behind you get their drinks and pull off. Then they blame it on a ticket “falling” off of the counter. While refusing to refund. Ridiculous. Great coffee, but definitely won’t be back.
The employees are amazing! The customer service was awesome & the atmosphere was so friendly. Especially Faith, she was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed!

Just never a good experience, last time paid for items to go in my drink and didn’t get them..didn’t try to do anything to fix it, just said “yea we seen it but we forgot”

Blue Moose has always been my favorite coffee place. They truly have the BEST coffee. Except here recently.... I ordered a Caramel Overload Blasted 20oz with Whip Cream extra caramel and was very disappointed. I didn't taste any caramel honestly. They are still the best coffee place but I'm disappointed in the coffee lately. I hope it gets better again soon!

So yummy! Little pricey. Definitely wish the money though. Absolutely would recommend blue moose coffee lounge! Everything I've gotten from here has been nothing short of delicious!
