This is the best breakfast spot in town. And I have personally delt with a manager named Heather . Her knowledge of the meanie quick thinking on how a customer can save money with speed is unquestionable . This manager alwayse has a warm smile and makes a customer feel welcome. I own All American Window Cleaners. I would hire Heather to be my New Operations Manager if I was able to get her away from Chick Filet .

I visited Chick-fil-A today, where I had a discussion with the director regarding a matter that had been brought to her attention. She informed me that certain comments I made while in my vehicle had caused offense and discomfort among some of her colleagues. I must express my perspective: while feelings of discomfort are indeed significant, they do not constitute a legal violation. The principle of freedom of speech permits individuals to express their views, even if such expressions may be perceived as troublesome by others.

During our conversation, the director terminated the call on several occasions, an action I found unprofessional, particularly after I indicated the possibility of seeking legal counsel to resolve the issue. It is crucial to acknowledge that placing restrictions on an individual's right to free speech is not permissible under the law. I do not intend to foster unnecessary conflict; however, I feel it is necessary to address the conduct of certain individuals who seem to derive satisfaction from creating discord. I sincerely hope that the families of those involved are prepared for the potential legal consequences arising from this incident.

It is important to recognize that, while some individuals may be young—possibly as young as sixteen—and may appear older, the impact of one's words can create a ripple effect. When working in public settings, individuals must expect to hear comments that may be unpalatable, as this is an inherent aspect of life. It is imperative that individuals mature and learn from such experiences; failing to do so is indeed perplexing.

Always love chick-fil-A! Service is fast drive thru and well designed to get you served fast. The food is always great. It has gotten a good bit more expensive. It cost close to $20 for two to have the sandwich, fries, and a drink.

Ok so I always order through the app so that my food will be ready and I can easily walk in get my food and eat before work. Today I ordered and the app said 3 minutes before it was ready so I went in and ordered a medium key lime frosted lemonade. The screen said my food was ready but they had apparently handed someone the wrong food and was chasing them down in the parking lot. They had 4 people working drive through and only thing they did to help the front with customers as the girl was trying to fix her mistake is tell her what to do and ignore the growing line of customers in the lobby. When someone finally started helping to lobby the orders that were ready after mine got handed out first then someone finally handed me my food and I had to remind them I had a large light ice lemonade. They made my iced lemonade and I was still waiting for my frozen key lime lemonade that I had ordered when I first arrived there. So basically I got there at 4:37 to get my food and waited until 4:58 to receive all my food and drinks which not only made me late for work it also made me have to wait to eat my now cold food. The only excuse I got was I’m sorry we’re understaffed right now. If just one person had come over to help I wouldn’t have had to waste my time and money on cold food.

This store in Lenoir NC is very racist. I’m a white female and noticed noticed a cashier being not so friendly to a person of color but I brushed it off as maybe the cashier having a bad day but then in another occasion, a man of color knocked on the drive-thru window because he was missing some items from his order and was no way impolite but he got the cops called on him. I’ve had to knock on the window before and the cops weren’t called on me. A friend of mine was with me and put it on Facebook as well to warn people, if you are of color, expect to be treated differently. We won’t be back at this location.

Do not go to Chick-fil-a in Lenoir NC. A coworker went to get everyone’s dinner for those of us who work at the local hospital and they called the cops on him for knocking on the drive thru window to get their attention because they did not give everyone their drinks/food. This is one of our best and most patient, kind and thoughtful coworkers. I will never again give that Chick-fil-A my business. You have to wonder if the only reason they called the cops is because he happens to be a black male.
