This is location is always clean, fresh, fast and friendly. As a truck driver I have limited time to get food and get back on the road again and this location helps me do that everytime I stop in. Thank you for the great service.

I can’t thank the Chick-fil-A in Lenoir enough! We didn’t realize my son’s beloved stuffed bunny had fallen out of our car there, but the supervisor kindly kept it safe in their office for 3 ½ weeks. When I called, the Manager, Emma, was so helpful and had the bunny ready as soon as I arrived. So grateful to Emma and everyone who noticed and cared enough to keep the bunny safe—thanks to them, we had the happiest reunion! Also, our food was great that day and ready via a mobile order as soon as we walked in to get it.

This may seem minor, but I love the berry parfait with extra granola. Past 2 times I have asked for extra granola I have not received it. Once none at all and this time just 1 pack. 😒

If kindness were a condiment, Chick-fil-A in Lenoir would smother every visit in it like extra honey mustard on a nugget tray. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted like a long-lost cousin at a family reunion—minus the awkward small talk and suspicious casserole.

Impeccable. Polished. Olympic-level polite. These folks could teach a graduate course in grace. I once spilled my drink and three employees simultaneously appeared with napkins like some sort of southern hospitality SWAT team.
🧼 Cleanliness:
It’s so clean you’ll swear the floors were mopped with angel tears. Honestly, if you dropped a waffle fry, the five-second rule here might stretch to ten. Bless.

Lenoir hit the jackpot with this man. Mike’s not just running a restaurant—he’s curating a kindness movement with sweet tea and grilled nuggets. He’s the kind of guy who’d probably help you change a tire and offer you a milkshake afterwards. A true gem, and not the zirconia kind—he’s full-on community diamond.
Bottom line: If you’re hungry for food and faith in humanity, Chick-fil-A Lenoir will feed your belly and your soul. And if Mike’s around, you might just leave with a full heart and a fresh perspective—plus a side of waffle fries.

The young women in the drive thru take your order line was VERY RUDE, called me Honey and told me to use the intercom and walked off. I had waited in the line patiently for several minutes. I will never go back to the Lenoir franchise

Would be a great place to get breakfast if they ever fulfilled a correct order. Came through for breakfast and they gave me the wrong drinks and completely wrong food, this isn't the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last visit here. The food is too expensive to get someone else's order, especially when an allergy is involved and they have been made aware while ordering. This used to be one of the VERY few places that took allergies seriously and were careful. Guess that's changed.

My wife got a salad. It was wilted and not very good and she did not finish it. An older than the normal teens working there offered to take our trash and noticed that the salad was wilted. She took it to the kitchen as we were leaving. A moment later she came out to the car and offered my wife some edible food. She brought a wrap for us shortly after. We may have had a food issue but the customer service outweighs it by a long shot. Great customer service. We will return.

This is the best breakfast spot in town. And I have personally delt with a manager named Heather . Her knowledge of the meanie quick thinking on how a customer can save money with speed is unquestionable . This manager alwayse has a warm smile and makes a customer feel welcome. I own All American Window Cleaners. I would hire Heather to be my New Operations Manager if I was able to get her away from Chick Filet .
The staff is always awesome. Thanks for bringing back the regular strips.
