This has been my second AWFUL experience at Nara. The first time I waited in my car for nearly an hour for my to go order. When I walked inside it was sitting on the counter. I go tonight and when I called at 6:46 they said call-in orders are taking around 35 minutes. I said okay that’s fine. When I get there at 7:13 PM, I was not surprised that it was not ready. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting for 45 minutes for one order of teriyaki chicken. This used to be such a great place, now the staff is rude, will not answer the phone, and just leaves you in the parking lot waiting on food. Will not be back.
I got a 20 dollar meal asked for extra meat and went to work opened my box and my food looked like a child’s meal. So now I’m at work and can’t go back to fix the problem so I will not be going back that is to much to pay to receive a child meal
