Y'all need to do better. Service is always great, but new staff needs to learn to fill cups appropriately. I'm paying a ridiculous amount for coffee here, I know, I accept it. What I don't accept is paying this exorbitant amount and not getting a full cup. That's unacceptable. I'm paying for a certain amount of liquid oz am I not?

This location provided me regularly with hot water, no questions asked, for my 8 month old baby. In the aftermath of hurricane Helene, it took 4 days of no power for the roads to clear up enough for us to evacuate to family outside of the state. In those 4 days of no power or water, this location was still running, providing warm water to residents and hope in the shape of coffee to fuel us in our recovery.
