The staff is nice but my God is this location slow. I placed a mobile order, it’s been 30 minutes and it’s still not ready. If you come here, just use the drive thru because they seem to prioritize the wait times there.
I’m always met with an enthusiastic voice and a warm smile when I pull up to the drive-thru at this location. Always very pleased with how quickly my order comes out! Choosing to buy here is the perfect way to start your day!
Y'all need to do better. Service is always great, but new staff needs to learn to fill cups appropriately. I'm paying a ridiculous amount for coffee here, I know, I accept it. What I don't accept is paying this exorbitant amount and not getting a full cup. That's unacceptable. I'm paying for a certain amount of liquid oz am I not?
