Taqueria El Tio Rico offers a mix of good and disappointing aspects. While the asada and pastor tacos receive praise, with some noting that the flavor is good, others find the taco shells to be slightly undercooked. Service can be hit-or-miss, with some experiencing poor service and others receiving friendly treatment. Additionally, prices can be steep, with some diners feeling that the cost is not justified. Despite this, the food is still enjoyable, and some customers will continue to visit, albeit with some modifications to their order, such as cooking the taco shells for a longer period.
