Very poor experience. It took over 30 minutes to process a mobile order. We checked in five minutes after the order was placed to let them know we had arrived. There was a health inspection occurring at the time and the staff commented that meat had to be moved so customers wouldn’t get sick. After all that, they forgot to make one of the three subs.
Also, this is the first time I’ve been to any restaurant, including Subways, where the staff continue to prioritize and work the counter customers over Mobile orders and place them last. This was especially disappointing since we had checked in to let them know we were there.

This location is pathetic. Every time I go in something is wrong. The drink machine is down, they can’t toast sandwiches, etc. today I went in and they had old pink lettuce that they were serving. I told them I wasn’t comfortable eating it and asked for the lettuce beside of it that was fresh. They insisted that corporate requires them to serve the old lettuce first and that it’s just from the oxygen getting to it. Oxygen or not, no restaurant should be satisfied with presenting that image of themselves. I canceled my entire order due to this and left. I told the guy I understood it was corporates fault and not his but he kept saying it seemed like I was blaming him. Anyone who is comfortable serving this is to blame- whether that be corporate or individual employees.

Very slow service during the lunch hour, was only 2 people working the counter to fill in person and online orders...... food good but probably won't be back for lunch because I didn't have much time to eat before getting back to work, had to wait in a long line that moved very slow.

5th time in a row of no Meatballs. Still almost 3 hours until close. No peppers no jalapeños. Zero prep work is done at this store. Lazyness to cook more meatballs. 5th time in about month.
Could not believe how bad our sandwiches were. the 6 inch was closer to 4! I have never gotten a sandwich that small at any Subway. Lettuces, tomato and cucumbers all looked like they had been refrigerated for a while instead of fresh but the worst part was the bread!!! It was so hard and dry it crumpled and you could barely bit through it! It will be a long, LONG time before I go back to that place !!!
Under new ownership (5/15)! The new owners are working to ensure proper operating hours, professional apparel being worn, and updating technology for both customers and staff. I’m sure this will take some time.

They were rude, they didn’t make my sub right and when I tried to get them to fix it but he give me attitude. It wasn’t called for.

Only one person was wearing a Subway shirt. Everytime I go in there most of the employees are wearing street clothes or pajama bottoms and a T-shirt and I hardly know they are employees other than them being behind the counter. I understand being lax on uniforms but should look professional

Made an order at 8pm only to get notified that my order was cancelled I try to call and no one answers I drive by and the store has been closed an hour early (they’re supposed to close at 9pm) and on top of that the Subway app says my refund will take up to a full week to be refunded. Fast food workers are so lazy these days that they close down a full hour early. I don’t want to know what other things they bum out on, are they too lazy to wash their hands? Safely prepare food? Who knows? Lewisville used to be a nice place and this place was a good location but now it’s all just lazy workers

EVERYTIME I go to THIS subway at nighttime, and two specific employees are there I always come out with perfect sandwiches and a smile. I don’t know their names but one is shorter and tan and the other is tall with shaggy hair. These boys deserve a raise for their attention to detail, their patience and always greeting us as we walk in the door even if they’re busy doing something, they go out of their way and beyond expectations. Kudos guys, you’re rockstarts

This subway is so much better than the one in Pfafftown. I actually go out of my way to get to this subway instead of that one. Friendly employees that have been trained
