We just drove 23 minutes to the Lexington location for our first visit to B&E’s. Before going, I checked the Facebook page for hours to make sure they were open. When we arrived they were closed. We then decided to head to the Thomasville location, another 20 minute drive. Upon arrival there they were also closed. The Facebook page had no updates on modified hours. This is disappointing, especially when children in the car are excited to go get ice cream.

So sinfully good. My banana split was so good. Will definitely go again. The name doesn't draw you in, but the ice cream is amazing. This is one of those times you shouldn't judge the book by its cover.

B & E Ice cream has decent ice cream and shakes, but there was a young lady employee in the back slamming things and hollering being rude. I understand everyone has a bad day but no need to be rude. There also was no apology for getting my daughters milkshake wrong. It was just a unprofessional experience.

The ice cream was very good! I bet they have over 50 or more different flavors. The day we went in, there was only one young girl working. She was moving fast to wait on everyone and did a great job. There probably were 9-10 people in there at one time. I commend the young lady for working so hard and was in a good mood. With springtime here, you need at least 2 people there or 3. She had about 4-5 milk shakes to make. Give her a raise!

Such a wonderful place! Our kids talked the owner's ear off and he was so kind to them. It's the perfect place to stop for some ice cream especially if you have kids.
