DD Meal was not good (missing item and missing ingredients) when addressing issues with the morning manager she proceeded to argue with me about the details of the meal proclaiming SHE did it. Well… we all make mistakes and hers was this meal. NEVER argue when a customer is dissatisfied or unhappy huge no-no! . Customer Service 101 just apologize and reimburse don’t argue your skills. Will NOT be revisiting this place food simply isn’t worth it.

The bacon, cheese , was good but the fried chicken I was suppose to get on it was grilled and thin. The “spicy” chicken sandwich my younger brother ordered was smothered in Texas Pete hot sauce , very sloppy . not any real actual effort to make it spicy just a plain patty with too much sauce . I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that came grilled after having my order read back to me …There’s a lack of culinary experience for something as simple as a chicken sandwich . I’d say the pancakes , eggs, bacon, hash browns are tasty but everything else needs works .

Literally couldn’t say how bad the High point location is 🤣 came here about a week ago and my “spicy” chicken biscuit was more like dry crusty chicken. Then we decided to give them one more try today… bacon egg and cheese biscuit should have all of those things correct? NOPE! it was nothing but egg. my friend ordered a sausage bowl… YEP- just egg bowl! fries? why even try when they aren’t seasoned at all and just taste like grease. ridiculous!

I was shocked when I was able to place my order and receive within 30 minutes on a crowded day. That's what stop me from going before because I didn't want to get stuck waiting while on break. I was definitely wrong and the staff was welcoming even on my way out the door
