Always check your bag before you leave, I drove 30 minutes home just to find out they did not even include my sandwich. This has happened multiple times, it is such a waste of money here when they can't even get a simple order right.

The Bo-Bites were dry and old from sitting under warmer. They only offered a refund because they were closing soon. It was before 9:30 and they closed at 10:00.

Six a m I walk up to the door, i'm three foot from the door and the manager locks the door. When I stopped in the to explain to the manager, what happened, She said she knew about it, i guess she did know about it, because it was her! It's getting to the point where I would rather go anywhere besides bojangles.

The employees here are genuinely brain dead. I consistently ask for extra seasoning on my fries and half the time they give me no seasoning, I could understand if Extra and no sounded similar, but they don’t.
