This is the 2nd day in a row, I went here at the drive thru. If it wasn't the only fast food place around here, I would not go back or go in. When you go in it is better. 2 days in a row I asked for sausage gravy. Yesterday was light brown gravy. Today was grease over mashed potatoes. Both days no sauce I asked for. Yesterday the chicken was cold & dry. Today where was the bacon & my coffee lid came off. It is clean in the dining area & bathroom, though!!

I wish I had taken a picture of our ham. I drive all the way home and had to go back. She was so rude to me I didn’t even get my replacement food correct because she got mad cause she had to replace my fries. The ham was spoiled! I mean spoiled!!!! She tells me they decided the ham and decided it was the dye in it. Thats not so! I asked if you knew there was something wrong why did you send it out the door to me. We could be deathly sick right now. She didn’t care at all. I had to drive all the way back and we decided to replace it with sausage. My husband can’t eat cheese. And she was least worried how I needed them made. She offered no money back. I asked isn’t the ham much higher than the sausage. She says to me the sausage is much higher. I know better than that. But it was getting embarrassing. I will not eat there no more til hopefully it gets better and better management. She refused my money back and pay for what I did get. No wonder their business is dropping. I used to wait in line forever. Now the line is always so short. No wonder!

Will I get home with my order and I'll look in the bag and I got ripped off I can't believe y'all would stoop this low to actually rip someone off like you did you totally cheated me out of an order of potato rounds look at the slack amounts in both orders that I ordered and then look at the picture of the way it should be I mean come on you lost me as a customer

I’d give it a 0 if I could , a couple weeks ago I found this fabric tag in my food , the higher up manager JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE!!!!! Got an attitude with me over another customers behavior and whenever I wanted a refund and tried to give my UNTOUCHED food back because of the god awful experience she REFUSED my refund , my mother then found a hair in my sandwich and went up there and she still refused , the only reason this location is still open is because they threaten to call the police on anyone who complains and they’re a franchise rather than a corporate location so reporting them is much more difficult, JACKIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, a manager should not mouth off to customers the way she did and if a general manager sees this review contact me !

Truth be told most locations are pretty much the same food wise, and I went through the drive thru so the Atmosphere is meh looking at taillights.
Absolutely the slowest, non listening, non order taking store I have ever been too. Had to tell them my order 3 separate times and still they didn’t have my teas or the Bo berry biscuits. My order was only 5 items and they missed 3! Management needs to be fired

The chicken tasted like it had been sitting too long and was dry. The biscuits tasted overly dry also. The fries were lukewarm.

Check your food before you leave because the employees like to stand there with your food in their hand while they talk about walking out then they only give you half of your $50 meal🤣 what a damn joke

The biscuit was hard for side and outside on my chicken biscuit bought it in the drive through and the register worker would not replace it
