I have been going to this Bojangles for around 4 years and it's only gotten worse, the young lady at the drive through could not remember my order when im the only one in line lol and the food has gotten so bad , if anyone fells the need to eat there don't find a different place It's sad how a couple of workers can ruin a good place , when I first moved to Lexington 4yrs ago it was a good place to eat but not anymore

Six a m I walk up to the door, i'm three foot from the door and the manager locks the door. When I stopped in the to explain to the manager, what happened, She said she knew about it, i guess she did know about it, because it was her! It's getting to the point where I would rather go anywhere besides bojangles.
The employees here are genuinely brain dead. I consistently ask for extra seasoning on my fries and half the time they give me no seasoning, I could understand if Extra and no sounded similar, but they don’t.
