I came to this store because the Bjs on old 52 north has never served fresh chicken since I've been here (5 mths). I ordered the 20 piece Jumbo Tailgate (8pm). I asked the associate if everything was all there and fresh and she acknowledged it was, no smile. A twenty minute ride home and I discovered there was no chicken.
