Extremely slow.
Didn't get all my food. I was passing through and do not frequent Lexington at all. Once I noticed it, I was too far into my drive to turn around. How do you operate at a snail's pace and still don't get an order right? Mind-boggling.

Do you guys genuinely just hate your job?? Especially the lady with a full grown mustache. Why is it that every time I go to this location I am met with horrible attitude and recently half done food?? Burnt dry chicken + burnt dry biscuit + no frosting on my cobbler. Disgusting. Can’t believe they can’t even work at BOJANGLES without having gross attitude even though the store + drive thru was EMPTY.

As a customer I honestly do not mind waiting on my order at all as long as it’s fresh. I understand now days some places have a hard time getting employees to work. But when you take your bad day out on a customer -that’s not ok. You can only take one order at a time and help one customer at a time. You should take pride in what you’re serving and be friendly! I have worked in customer service for years and I try not to dump my bad day on to customers. And to ask for a bag for my order because the food was just thrown into the box and the box was coming apart then only to get an “eye roll” from what I believe was a manager!!! Not okay!

Absolutely terrible I sat at the register for 12 min not one employee even spoke to me or looked at me and the people ahead of me were complaining they couldn't even eat their lunch and had to go back to work they had been there so long waiting on service!!! 0-10 don't recommend

Food was absolutely awful, $22.66 for 12 pc Bo bites w/ old cold fries, no biscuit and tea, a 9 pc Bo bites w/ old cold fries no biscuit and tea. The 9 pc had 6 pcs, thanks a bunch. Definitely won't be going back. On the up side the young lady at the window was very friendly and courteous. Very disappointed Bojangles, very disappointed, do better. And why at that price point do you not get a dang biscuit?

Terrible customer service from the manager Loraine or however you spell her name. Took over 20 minutes to get wings combo & cajun filet biscuit. Dine in with my family of 7 and 2 of use waited over 20 minutes and still no food. Do not come here. Leadership is everything and this business needs training on customer service. Traveling through from another city and never again.

Absolutely terrible experience at Bojangles tonight. I spent $35 on my order, only to get home and realize that over HALF of it was missing. On top of that, the food I did receive was cold, dried out, and completely inedible—something I wouldn’t even feed my dogs. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant just to deal with the hassle of getting my money back. For the price I paid, I expected at least a hot and complete meal, but this was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.
