The food was horrible! They didn’t provide biscuit in supreme order. The wings and thigh were over cooked. Too hard. No straws were provided. The cashier didn’t return my card until I asked for it. For 25.00 I’m pissed. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was absolutely trash ive never had service so bad the food was pitiful they had no business turned me away inside had to go thru the drive thru to get answered by a automated voice that didn't work had to order at the window they only had a limited amount of food I waited 15 minutes for what I ordered and when I opened it up there were 4 of the smallest chicken strips ive ever seen if they need a new manager im available im sorry I love bojangles but 0 stars for real just terrible

Warning - STAY AWAY! Worst BJs in the state. Waited half an hour for fries to cook today, they came outside asked me what I was waiting for and then brought me old fries. I asked for a refund and the manager asked if she could give me an IOU. What ever that is. I threw the food away and went home with no resolution to the problem.

This after noon I went through the drive through and got a chicken biscuit. When I ate it about half way there was a hair I found I about swallowed it.

The only problem I found with this establishment was. The price was very expensive for the very small amount of food that was charged. The woman was pretty cheerful. Oh, let me not leave out when you walked through the doors. It was an ice box. You could blow the cold out of your mouth.

I visited this Bojangles location today and, unfortunately, had to walk out before even placing my order. As soon as I approached the counter, I was told there would be a nine-minute wait for biscuits—which is surprising, given that biscuits are a core item on the menu.

This isn’t an isolated incident. Every time I visit this location, there’s either a long wait, missing items like sausage or biscuits, or overall disorganization. While today’s visit seemed slightly more calm than usual, the lack of efficiency and preparedness remains a recurring issue.

If I had the opportunity to speak directly with a district manager, I would absolutely share my concerns about the ongoing poor performance at this location. At this point, I’ll be driving across town to a better-run Bojangles that consistently offers a more professional experience. I cannot recommend this location to others.

Cold food always slow without anybody in drive thru it takes 20 minutes to get anything and employees are rude I don't understand why the corporate office hasn't done anything about the issues going on this place needs better management and staff

I came through the drive thru at 10:12 AM. Drive-thru told me at the window that we would have to wait due to no lunch being available. Ordered a few lunch items, and I waited 15 - 20 minutes for my food, which I do not mind waiting on fresh food.. Which came out old and not fresh. Not sauce given in any of the boxes. Missing items. Lady working with the drive-thru lady was extremely rude and confrontational. Had to go back inside to correct my order, at which time the lady from the drive thru insisted I was not missing anything. I asked for a manager, who somewhat corr we cted the situation. Customer service should not be this way. We paid almost $40 and waited 20 minutes for cold food and complete mistreatment. Chicken was old, and fries were cold. Not to mention the audacity of the workers, who almost seemed like they wanted to fight or attack you because of what we chose to order. Never again will I stop here, I'll drive to chick-fil-a next time.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 combos..finally came out with all three cars orders who were parked(I think they did us all together so they didn’t have to make multiple trips out, aggravating but ok) well they gave me a biscuit instead of a sandwich, went back in, showed my receipt and got it, no apology from the lady manager for waiting 20 min originally OR getting my order wrong, FINALLY leave after being here for 30 minutes at this point, open up my sandwich to eat, AND ITS WRONG AGAIN, ANOTHER FRIGGIN BISCUIT. HOW IN THE HELL?? By that point we were already late to where we were headed and couldn’t turn around, I didn’t get to eat so that’s cool thanks Bojangles.

only ordered 2 biscuits and waited 20 minutes for them to get made. someone who ordered 4 after us got theirs first. unbelievable. then lady with dark weird eyebrows had the biggest attitude eith everyone and with a lady getting her interview done. they definitely need to bring in new staff.
