I’m the only one in drive thru and they make me pull around front to get my food. I’m not holding anyone up but still have to leave the line and miss the exit I want to take just to make their metrics look better. Maybe put customers over your metrics.

I placed my order and was watching the people in the kitchen and I seen one of them get the Trash out of the trash can and put it in another trash can and left his gloves on and start making other peoples food that so gross Do they not tell there employees they need to change there gloves after leaving there position and coming back to it 😞😞🫣

I was the only car in the drive through, ordered my food, pulled around and paid. The girl walks away from window and comes back with my food in less than a minute. Got home, everything was cold. Obviously it had been cooked for a while and they gave it to me. We ate what we could but worried we might get food poisoning. Never go there again.

Stopped by here on the way home from a festival and really just intended to take it to go and head out, but while we were waiting the management noticed an issue with our food and calmly informed the staff member responsible on policy going forward, then helped remake it. I have been in a lot of fast food places, a handful of higher end restaurants, and I've almodt never seen a manager or team lead be that good to their staff and work so effectively. Food was good too, just had to give a ahout out on that front.

Bad experience the service was slow the food was undercooked burgers that we sent back and over cooked cheese sticks
Parking: The parking lots is not well lite and looks like drug dealers use it for business I would not recommend

Simple Man
Stopped by this location last night about 8:30pm and one employee was standing outside on their phone. They went back inside as I was walking in. 5 or 6 people working but apparently they were all focused on one car in drive thru, there was no line of cars waiting mind you just that one car because I checked when I was leaving. One person at the counter waiting on his order and from the look on his face I'd say he was waiting a while. I stood there for 5 minutes and a couple of them just looked at me and walked on by. One was to busy drinking her drink to wait on anyone, I'm not sure what the others were doing and I don't think knew either. Very poor night/evening management at this location. After 5 minutes or so I left because evidently they didn't want to take my order and I went some place else.
