We walked in to order because of the drive thru line was backed up, and had to wait at least 5 minutes just to get our order taken. Waited 20 minutes to get our order. After receiving our order food was missing and had to get that corrected. The women running the register was very rude and unpleasant, just a little kindness can go a long way. We won’t be returning.

Went for lunch ended up getting a simple whopper meal with a sweet tea. The sweet tea was so far gone I wouldn’t be surprised if they left it out at room temperature for a night it was slimy. The burger was sloppy and felt as if they dipped my bread in water. I love Burger King. And I’ve been to many of them. I’m confused how this one hadn’t been flagged if this is a common thing. I’ve managed fast food before and my first step would be to train everyone again..

This has to be the best Burger king in the area . Every time that I visit this location I always hear other customers giving them compliments on there service.We went on Thursday 10/9/25 around 12:30pm ,ordered a whopper combo and my husband had the double whopper combo both with sweet tea ,which they have the best sweet tea in the area although they were very busy they still kept moving service. They even had the big boss man come in to help them move the line.No matter how many times that I come to this store they are very consistent with the service and food which is always very hot and great people

Every time we come here using the drive through, it’s always “pull around, we will bring the food out to you.” Half the time the order is wrong when they bring it out to us 10 mins later and I have to go in to get it fixed. I’ll give them props, it’s the only fast food restaurant that lets you experience all types of order pick up; drive thru, curbside, and in store all in one go.
