Ordered Char Jr special, no pickles, no ketchup. Got my order, had pulled from the window, reached for my burger, had only musterd. Drive back around to the window, ask the cashier what comes on it. I showed her how mine was fixed, looked with the nastiest attitude. Took my bag, when my order was fixed she throwed the bag in the window before handing it to me, didn't say sorry, thank you or nothing.

Looks like a great hometown restaurant. I wonder if it used to be a Dairy Queen back in the day, but I'm not from the area so I can't tell.Friendly staff, locals only, and pretty good ice cream. Soft serve was light and airy. Complete opposite of a Cookout milkshake across the street.

Counter order help a little confused. Went from one register to the next.Ordered double cheeseburger. Got char burger instead.If "Char" is going to be in the name of the restaurant, there should be char with the burger. Bland, no seasoning at all.Hallway to get to the restrooms narrow. Only one normal sized adult can get through at a time.

Burger wasn't horrible I got the double cheeseburger special for 7.99 came with a drink and small fries. It was decent but the burger was small it felt like I could get the same thing from Burger King for less money and there isn't that much of a drop off. Probably won't go there again.

Frys greasy. Hot dog messy food everywhere but the hotdog. Restaurant was the Bomb a year ago but I have gave it 3 times I will not return.I do recommend the cherry soda!!!!!

I really don’t do this but my experience was so bad, I had to vent. Every time I drive pass, I see a line so today I decided to try it. I first went through drive thru in which I was very excited and asked “what’s the #1 favorite burger?” I stated I like cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & onions on toasted bun. Omg ? my burger was absolutely yuk!! I’m sorry for those of you that love this place. My sandwich was not hot, lettuce shredded (for a burger or sandwich) onions were shredded & a half of a half tomato, the bun was stale bc the lining was peeled from actual bun. The FF were cold. I went back this time went in and there was another customer complaining their burger was over cooked etc… . Another new customer that I didn’t want to sway but I believe they overheard. I explained in detail it was unacceptable but I wanted a refund but wait, sign says “No refunds” I am like why not? I don’t trust an all white staff from Lexington now that I can see what I am dealing with. What if they spit, snot, hair on my sandwich etc… . Incidentally, there were no gloves worn. I actually could go on but overall as I stated, I don’t generally take the time to do a review but there has got to be something behind the scenes to justify why this place of establishment is still open and the lines of people. They don’t ever have to be concerned about me coming back. ?
