Ordered Dominos online. Got a message that the pizza was in the oven so I drove to the store. got a message that the pizza was ready and pulled up to the window. Was told to the staff that the pizza was still in the oven and would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they hand me this hot mess in a broken box. (Total of 27 minutes for a pickup order on a slow day). I noticed they forgot the drink and the ranch so I asked for that and they got it for me. I took it home and found the nastiest pizza ever created. I had asked for extra sauce but they put 4x the sauce on it to the point it flowed over the pizza and into the box. Then I realized they didn’t provide the icing for the cinnamon bread either.
I tried to leave feedback on the app, and you can see it is broken as well. I guess I can see why.
What the heck?! No more Dominos for a long while.

Order delivery pizza tracker said it was complete and it wasn’t. Called southmont nc store and they said it was on its way and when we finally got it ,it was cold had to heat it because we didn’t want to wait another hour or so to get one. The lady that delivered it didn’t even have it in the hot bag so we won’t be ordering from them again. I wanted extra meat that I payed for but didn’t get it. The last three times we ordered there has been something wrong.

I placed an order Online for a hotspot and I was sent a text at 7:11 that my order was on the way. So I headed over to the hotspot where I’m picking up the pizza, 30 minutes went by and I called the store and they said that they only have one driver and she was taking the first order and then she has a second order and then my order but it has already been 30 minutes so I’m not sure where she was going with all of the pizza. Anyway, I got another text that said that she entered the neighborhood so I called the store and asked if I should stay or if I should still just drive to the store and they told me that the driver was actually at the store and she was picking up my order but they put a fresh one in the oven for me to come and pick up. So instead of me driving two minutes to pick up my pizza I have to drive 20 minutes to the store to pick up a pizza because they only have one driver who apparently does not know their way around if it’s taking them 40 minutes to deliver one pizza at a time. This is a common issue that I have had with them ordering at the hotspot. I’m not sure if they just are putting hotspots as a low priority or what’s going on. Unfortunately this is the only pizza place in the area so I don’t have many options. I’m curious to see how poorly they made the pizza due to me calling, I will update with the result of the pizza that I pick up.
Update: sat at the window for 4 minutes before they walked by and saw me at the window. I even backed up and drove over the bell.
They said they were going to remake the pizza but they did not. They gave me a cold hard pizza. I wish I could give them less than one star

Very clean place, no trash in parking area. Inside was very clean. The employees were very quick and took my order. My pizzas were immediately made and put in the oven, and were took out and boxed right when they came out the oven. I was handed two perfectly baked pizzas and told thanks for coming in and to hurry and come back. With a smile on my face and theirs I left the store one happy customer!!

This is a terrible dominoes. Pizzas are wrong toppings sloppy. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive through or delivery. I only go here because of convenience then get frustrated every time

11-19-24 order a med pepperoni and sausage pizza and was delivered a cheese pizza. Tried to call the store and all you get is an automated voice who transfers you to the store where no one answers! Guess I am stuck with a stupid cheese pizza!

I ordered off Uber eats and it didn't have a place for me to rate or review! So I absolutely had to make sure that whoever made my pizza tonight OMG! This is the most beautiful pizza I've ever seen and not to mention the best tasting! I am not even exaggerating when I say this pizza is absolutely perfect in every sense of the word! The crust is fluffy yet perfectly crisp where it should be the slice doesn't fall apart when you pick it up everything stays perfectly combined on the crust I can't come up with enough human adjectives to express just how satisfied I am with my meal tonight. Absolutely perfect and I mean that! Whoever hired you they sure knew what they was doing!!! I will definitely order from this store again especially if it is going to be like this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The pizza and the pepperoni bread were slapped together with no uniformity. The pizza was dry with minimal toppings at not so minimal prices. I could only eat the insides of the pepperoni bread because the outsides were just dough. Exactly the reason I quit eating at Domino's and started eating at Lil Caesars and Marco's Pizza. You have to do better Domino's. Don't offer such cheap pizzas and accessories if it's going to affect the quality.
