Faan is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in our area. The food is always good and a great value, and the family who own the restaurant are always kind and welcoming.
Lady at counter always has warm smile and is very courteous. And always says thank you 2 or 3 times before you leave. Best service in Asian restaurant I've seen. The food is great as well as prices.
Faan has been our go-to for takeout since we moved to Lexington last year. Our son picks it up, and says the owners/operators are so friendly. The customer service and the food are both top-notch. They even bought lollipops for our youngest daughter, who asked them once if they had any. They saved them for the next time she came in with her brother.

FAAN is a very nice restaurant known for the best Chinese food in the area. The front counter staff is always polite and professional, with the lady at the counter often greeting customers with a warm smile and saying thank you multiple times. The General T'So' Chicken and Goo Goo Gai Pan are highly recommended, with generous portions at great prices. Many reviews highlight the great food and prices, along with the wonderful hospitality and customer service from the employees and owner, Mrs. Mei. Everything ordered comes out hot and delicious, and the food is always great and plentiful, with customers noting that one plate can feed a whole family. Located in a Food Lion plaza, parking is plentiful and convenient. It's definitely worth giving the menu a look and placing an order at FAAN for a satisfying meal experience.
