Very solid old-school bakery. We wanted a cake design and showed them a photo, and the cake designers thought it was too complex so we looked at another design and that was too complex, so we settled on an easier design, and they did a great job with that. (See photo). This place is huge. And they are cranking out the cupcakes and the treats. Everything looked delicious, but since we were only there to pick up the cake, we did not buy any other products. The turkey cupcakes looked adorable!

Absolutely amazing cake and service. My son celebrated his birthday here in NC. They coordinated the cake while we were back in our home state ensuring the cake would be ready on arrival and it was. Not to mention how sweet and friendly the staff was when we arrived to pick it up. Also the ginger bread cookies were perfect. Thank you for your hard work girl it doesn’t go unnoticed ♥️

Oh they have amazing brownies get you one and I guarantee you go back and keep getting them. They serve all kinds of great desserts. You can get donut holes stuffed with stuff in it they're so cool they have cookies pies full cakes that you can purchase and they just added a new item cheesecake.
When you walk into this older establishment it smells delightful! The doughnuts were perfect. We tried a piece of cake and it was dry. The brownies are always perfect!

I have always loved their cake, until I kept getting stale dry cakes. Then I began only going in to buy doughnuts. Problem is...no matter what time of day I would go....it was always very slim pickings! Figured I would give them another try since it has been a couple of years...but ?DISAPPOINTED AS USUAL! The decline in quality and service is sadly noticeable. I will always miss them FRESH cakes that made me fall in love with them many years ago...but something has changed. After several stale cake experiences, burnt cookies, poor and unreliable product availability and declining service experiences.... I GIVE UP! I respectfully wish this legendary bakery the best though ??
I got peanut butter macarons and they tasted like they'd been there a while. The other stuff looked good though.
They outdid themselves for my son’s animal themed birthday! The cupcakes were a hit and exactly what we wanted! 10 out of 10 recommend!
