Not from here, but while on a roadtrip decided to stop for sushi. This place was AMAZING. We got a wonderful light soup, and then the chef sent us DELICIOUS crispy rice rolls complimentary. I got the yummy mummy roll, and for someone who isn’t a sushi fan, it was sooo good. My husband got the hibachi steak and veggies, and i tried his, also delicious. The owner Lat came out, spoke to us, was super friendly. Our waitress La was so sweet and gave great recommendations on which roll to try. The chef Bo makes amazing food. 10/10 recommend this amazing place! I wish i lived closer, but we’re definitely going to make a trip and come back!

This is the best Japanese restaurant in the state on north carlolina. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the steak habaci was very good. The sushi was nice and fresh. The chef came out and talked to us and brought us some crispy rice roll and they were delicious. The rice was nice and crispy not old or stale, it had avocado and some chili sauce on it. It was a very nice dish. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again.

We absolutely love Fujimoto! We come here almost once a week. There is nothing bad on the menu. We love the hibachi and all of the appetizers. The sushi is always extremely fresh. Everyone there is always so friendly, including the owner, wait staff and sushi chefs. You can tell that they really appreciate your business. We recommend this sushi restaurant to all of our friends. The quality of sushi cannot be beat here. We have friends from Greensboro and Winston that drive to Lexington to get sushi here.
