On September 24th I ordered some sushi through door dash (Volcano Roll) and everything went smoothe with door dash however, as I’m eating my food I noticed texture wise something wasn’t right after eating the second roll, I spit my food out on a napkin and look and my imitation crab meat was still wrapped in plastic..how that happened I’m not sure, but before I realized what it was I had already ate one and swallowed plastic..ALL of my rolls I had to trash because they were wrapped in plastic. $17.84 down the drain. Really displeased, and upset because what the heck?!

Took my family here to eat Sunday and the food is horrible over priced and very small portions. This was not enough for me to leave a review. What has me leaving a review is I asked the waitress if the kids meals came with drinks she said yes upon checkout I was charged $10 for four kids drinks no refills (because the waitress never checked on us after bringing us the drinks and food.) I told her that she had said it came with kids meals. Is this a mistake she said that I never asked that question and called me a liar in front of everybody in the restaurant and people that I was with who All heard me ask her and she said that they do come with the kids meal I wasn’t worried about the money and still am not she insisted on getting the manager. I was gonna leave it at that until she called me a liar and volunteered the manager to come talk with me. I told her what had happened and the response I got was well you don’t have to come back. I made it very clearly nicely respectfully that don’t worry I will not be returning. It’s not like the food was all that good anyways pay $20 for a meal and the kids meal that I paid seven dollars for came with more food. Would highly not recommend going to this restaurant if you want good Japanese food and great service where waitresses actually check on you and refill your drinks I would recommend going somewhere else because you will not get that here this was the first and last time we will ever eat here

😂😂😂 your to funny like I told the manager it’d not about the money and it never was I simply asked if the one who checked me out made a mistake to my server because I asked her if the drinks came with the kids meal she said yes and called me a liar when I had mentioned she told me they did. She offered to bring the manager too. That’s why this escalated because your employees are incompetent and don’t know how to work in that type of environment, but I see they got the training from their manager who clearly knows nothing about how to run a restaurant, I never asked to be comped for the drinks. I never even asked to speak to the manager but when you disrespect me and call me a liar. That’s when I have a problem All in all this is my fault. I should’ve read the reviews before I chose to eat at that roach infested restaurant because clearly everybody says the same thing about this place foods over price small portion bad service. It is what it is $10 is not going to make or brake me !!! Let me give you a little bit of advice you should have servers who check on customers Bring them the correct orders because I was wrong and then they charge someone at our table for the other shoe. I had to bring them the correct one after they brought them the wrong one. They should also check to see if customers need refills or food going to make sure your server got what they earned our experience with no more than takeout at a fast food restaurant

So I'm editing my review and I'll let they way this owner acted in response speak for itself. Things that are being said in the response are so far from the truth that it's laughable. But it's ok. No big deal there are more problems to worry about in this world than one person who wants to be mean. But I will say if you want to be treated nicely. Clearly this is not the place to go judge it yourself by the way they speak in their response.

The food is good but the sushi with fake crab meat is B.S. The price you charge is the price of real crab not fake. I will not eat here again because i feel jipped

Ordered spicy salmon kobachi. $12.50 and that’s all I got (see photo). The mangoes were hard. There was hardly any salmon and there was no spicy sauce. Soooooo disappointed!

First time here, got takeout - chicken hibachi and a shrimp tempura roll. The hibachi entrees came with clear soup along with rice and vegetables, and the soup was so good! Other standouts were the mixed vegetables, and the sushi roll. Only downside was the chicken was overcooked and pretty dry. They gave us tons of white sauce which was appreciated. Looking forward to dining in and trying more of the sushi.

This place absolutely sucks they have no respect u ask to talk to a manager and he tells u he saw the plate and that it looked fine no when u pay 68 dollars for food and then u don’t even get what u asked for or what u requested these people sucks an I will never go back do better do better
