Shrimp and steak are reserved for the small cold shrimp tacos.Shrimp tacos are advertised with lettuce, ranch sauce, rice, beans, and salsa. It had lettuce and cheese.EVERYTHING IS ICE COLD. I live 5 minutes from the brick and mortar. I had to wait 20 minutes after the appointed time that was established once I got off the phone and made it to the restaurant.

I have struggled with posting this review, but people should know. I understand that restaurants have bugs, but to make it in the food and out the door! Roach was found in my daughter's burrito!My food wasn't the best either I got chipotle shrimp the shrimp seemed ok but the mushrooms tasted like they were off. My husband was not excited about his fajitas either. The lettuce guac and... Idk there was a ROACH in my child's burrito! She is scared of bugs and will probably develop some kind of eating disorder from this which happened on Dec 27th they did issue a refund and were apologetic. However, the 45 min round trip (yes, I live in the middle of nowhere near the river) there to pick up the food and the 45 min trip to get refund and return all the food that was left and even left the fork right were it was mid cut (once the thing was found because everyone just stop eating once she found it) and the trauma on top of that was not compensated. Yes they kept my fork when the cashier tool the to go plate to the back and I didn't want to stick around and aske for it back because I was fighting back the urge to show the patrons waiting to be served.I truly feel bad to leave a bad review but people should know how man people are out of that same vat f rice that had the roach cooked in it? I might stop back by in a few months and agian I understand that all restaurants have bugs but not all of them have them in the food. Walked in, placed my 4 meal to-go order and 15 minutes later I'm on my way home. The staff was pleasant, the order was correct and the food tasted great.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking wheelchair accessible.

Tried it again for the first time since change of ownership. It was just okay at best. Waited 45 minutes for simple combos. Ask for top shelf margaritas specifically and ask again to make sure they were, they were not. Food was luke warm. Manager was super friendly that was a plus. Didn’t complain but got the check and left and more than likely won’t return as there’s many other options in Lexington.

Food poisoning. They messed our orders up on several occasions and we had to go back inside to get our correct order. The last time our order was wrong, they fixed our food all over again and everyone in our house had allergic reactions to something they put in our food. I ended up having to have steroids prescribed. Needless to say we won’t go back. So be careful asking them to correct your order if it’s wrong!!

I have been coming to Guadalajara Grill for years and I never get tired of the great service every time, the delicious and endless salsa and chips, as well as the swirl margaritas. The family who owns the restaurant are always kind and attentive, the food is always delicious, and there is a reason why I keep going back. The environment is relaxed and adds a lot of cultural flare. If you stop by, try the California Burrito, you won’t be disappointed.

Both the margaritas and the tacos contain much more water than needed. On taco Tuesday of last week water was pouring from both beef and chicken tacos onto the plate as I was trying to pick these up to eat them. How is this good? The margaritas have little flavor and no kick. I will not spend money here again.
