Fries were cold. Burger was okay. Not the way I remember a good made to order burger and having to wait for it. Made the difference between the fast food industry. This Hardees is failing. Plus, chocolate shakes aren't chocolate. Try vanilla with a squirt of chocolate syrup.

I ordered a super bacon biscuit combo with hash browns and french toast everything was cold not fresh wasn't no bacon on my biscuit and it wasn't anything super about it which is sad...if you don't like your job go find another one...I see why the ratings are so low cause it's ppl in there that don't care...
Terrible Frisco burger. Had to wait 15 minutes at the drive thru. The car ahead of me had to wait a while also. They were not busy. 4 pm on a Thursday. 1 car in parking lot. Burger not fresh or hot.

The Goofy “Goofball” Life
Will make this real short and to the point. Order my food and paid the bill. Was told to pull up and they will bring food out. Waited 20 minutes and someone finally comes out and says they forgot me and forgot my order. I had to give them my order again to finally get my food so i can go on my way. How does one even forget their customer and their order? Insane. I see why this store doesn't have very good rating.

GREAT food, price and friendly. Can even use there bathroom and free ice in a cup. There breakfast plate is the best price for your money!! Who would want McDonald's after visiting Hardee's. Not me.

She could use an update into the modern era...but it's a slower Hardee's with low traffic and low staff. Don't expect fast food....but it will be fresh and the order will be correct. Better than you can say for McDonald's across the street ?.Please pull forward. It's worth the wait.
