It was a cold night and the chicken pot pie hit the spot! The crust was flaky, golden brown, buttery goodness. The pie was hot and fresh and very tasty. Best parts was it was under 5 dollars. Definitely worth the money. We will be going back again soon.

I ordered chicken livers in the drive-through after waiting 30 minutes. My order was brought to my car. I live 30 minutes away so when I got home, I open my chicken livers. They were so well done almost burnt and crispy. They were not edible fish, very unhappy

Literally don’t listen to people orders, then we call to see if we can get the correct items at a later date and she said they don’t take your name down we would have to come right back or after work , which we’re not able to do either . Terrible service 0/10 do not recommend

Hey there, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the service and food I received on Sunday. Jesus is watching was stated several times and I thought it was rude and didn't pay attention. Later I realized that they were talking about me, as I have long hair. The 8 piece meal was short a piece and only 3 of them were edible. Really disappointed as KFC used to have good food. Please let your staff know that Jesus can talk as well.

Ordered a white chicken bucket, extra crispy. Was told it would take 20 min because the "fryer was down". Paid for the order and said we'd be back. Went back 20 min later and chicken was still not ready. They looked understaffed and did give us some apple pies to make up for our wait. I wouldn't be complaining at all except that when we got home, the chicken in the bucket was a soggy mess. Definitely NOT like any chicken I ever bought from KFC. To make matters worse, it was all drumsticks and thighs. Not one piece of white chicken. The chicken was gross! Tried to call the restaurant but no one answered. I figured it was because they were short staffed. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and apologized and stated that the staff would be educated and they offered me a voucher.

My boyfriend went to KFC and got me a 2 piece dinner for work, and that night, I started to eat it, and it had blood. It was not done, so the next day, my boyfriend tried to call and talked to the manager, and the phone stayed busy. Could never get the phone to ring so we could talk to a manager. And I'm a diabetic and couldn't eat my food.
