Hey there, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the service and food I received on Sunday. Jesus is watching was stated several times and I thought it was rude and didn't pay attention. Later I realized that they were talking about me, as I have long hair. The 8 piece meal was short a piece and only 3 of them were edible. Really disappointed as KFC used to have good food. Please let your staff know that Jesus can talk as well.

Ordered a white chicken bucket, extra crispy. Was told it would take 20 min because the "fryer was down". Paid for the order and said we'd be back. Went back 20 min later and chicken was still not ready. They looked understaffed and did give us some apple pies to make up for our wait. I wouldn't be complaining at all except that when we got home, the chicken in the bucket was a soggy mess. Definitely NOT like any chicken I ever bought from KFC. To make matters worse, it was all drumsticks and thighs. Not one piece of white chicken. The chicken was gross! Tried to call the restaurant but no one answered. I figured it was because they were short staffed. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and apologized and stated that the staff would be educated and they offered me a voucher.

My boyfriend went to KFC and got me a 2 piece dinner for work, and that night, I started to eat it, and it had blood. It was not done, so the next day, my boyfriend tried to call and talked to the manager, and the phone stayed busy. Could never get the phone to ring so we could talk to a manager. And I'm a diabetic and couldn't eat my food.

They were kind and very prompt. When they asked me to pull up seemed like we got everything fresh and still warm with a 25min drive.

This is one of those places that it's hit and miss , one time you go , they get your order right . Next time you go, you might not get so lucky , this visit they wasn't busy , but I had to wait on chicken , and they forgot to put a biscuit in my husband's box , but I told them I didn't want the biscuit, but they put it in my box and not his . I'm not sure that matters he got his biscuit , but it's like they don't pay attention to you, but when they get it right I Like there food , there chicken tenders are really good the food is never bad , they just forget to put things in you bags , the help up there isn't always the best

I Placed a mobile order at 4:40 It said it would be ready at five o'clock. The app said it was ready , so I went in Stood at the counter for 10 minutes nobody addressed me. Finally got some body's attention they said my order wasn't ready yet. the 3 people who walked in after me.Ordered at the kiosk got their orders and we're eating. I watch 2 people who walked in to order at the counter leave in frustration. Went up again to ask where my order was about 50 minutes into this process. I Was told they were out of biscuits and I would have to wait anther 10 min, that they only had 3 of the 6 available. She wound up giving me little buns Instead of biscuits because I couldn't wait any longer. The young kids (especially the one working the drive through window he needs to be fired) in there are lazy don't acknowledge any one and do not help their coworkers. Over all one of the worst experiences with fast food. If you value your time do not order from this location!
