Whoever worked the drive thru at 7:28pm on Sept. 27th, 2023 needs to get fired. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where this girl just acted like she didn’t want to be at work today. So rude an impolite when speaking to a customer. So unprofessional!

Just stop at the Cotton Grove Rd., Lexington North Carolina KFC to grab a 12 piece nugget meal for my husband and I to share before we went to our granddaughters game and went through the drive-through. The KFC just opened and we get our food. the fries are ice cold we give them back and the lady at the window had the audacity to say they feel fresh to me so we give them the food back for a refund, the ladies are totally rude. All three ladies that are working there today at 11:30 am on 9/16/23 need customer service training. Never again.
