Not the worst mcdonalds around but one of the worst. The food is always giving the after taste of the employees not cleaning the grill tops and stuff like they should be. If you go through the drive through, almost always expect to pull up and wait if you order anything more than a mcdouble, and then expect to wait while 2 or 3 associates bring several different orders out going to all of the cars to find the right one, and i even had one worker who stuck her hand in my bag and grab my fries I was about to feed to my children.(this situation ultimately depends on the time of visit though). Most of the employees throughout the week and especially on the weekends, are mostly rude and act like they would rather be anywhere else, but i have to work ever day and it's literally their jobs to be polite since most customers(except the crazy Karens) are well mannered, get in, get the food, and go. OVERALL: Don't make a special trip up here, unless it is just conveniently nearby your home or nearby on your way home. I live about 20 minutes away from this and the one on Winston rd and its about the same distance so we almost always go to the Winston rd, plus that TB is better than hwy 8's TB.

The absolute worst McDonald's around! Order my foot through the app! We received our food. My daughter and I. Her burger was wrong and so was mine drove back around to the speaker lady told me to come to the first window explain to her what was wrong she said she would fix it told me to drive to the second window. Got to the second window The girl there was very rude and told me to pull forward so I pulled forward and the lady at the first window which was a manager that took my food that was wrong brought the burgers out and told me to check them My daughters was right but mine was still wrong so I told her to just don't worry about it and I would never be back. Later that night I got so sick and I know it was from that burger because it's all I had eaten that day. So I will never go back to this McDonald's in fact I will never eat at McDonald's again they had the worst food ever!

I usually don't like writing reviews but this time really bothered me. I placed my order online and I decided to go thru the drive thru to pick up my order. The young man at the window was really polite. But another young lady came to the drive thru to inquire about my order. She comes back and said my order wasn't at that store 😒 ok so I show her my online receipt. Then she tells me that my order was canceled the whole time in looking at my emails and checking the app no cancelation. So I went into the restaurant stood there maybe 2-3 minutes management and crew on front line no acknowledge ment no greetings in noway. There was no one in the lobby and maybe 5 cars in drive thru. Someone could have interacted with me. But then an older lady came and assisted me I got my order. Just to get home and be jipped out of a 6 PC nugget. Like I said I don't like complaining and probably wouldn't have written this review if I was treated better.

Went to go get something to snack on for the night and the woman that checked me out had a bitchy attitude and half the sauces that I had to pay EXTRA for wasn't even in the bag this place has always had horrible customer service and mess up 99% of the orders that come through here id rather go and eat at Bojangles in Denton NC which is worse but has a little bit better customer service and doesn't mess up that much but come on Mcyds get your shit together y'all used to be good but has went way down hill
How do you mess up an egg and cheese biscuit sub round egg? I never asked for sausage and i never ordered it... Stop smoking weed and actually learn how to read

Service is terrible. Food took 30 minutes to come out through the drive-through. Everyone else was getting their food except for us. The people are somewhat nice kind of rude though homeless people walking around the property. It is very trashy outside it used to be nice, but not now.

I stopped at this McDonald's just for an ice coffee. While sipping on my drink, I sucked up a substance and began choking, which caused me to swerve on the highway, almost causing an accident. When I finally coughed up the substance, it was a dead Fly (pictured).. when I finally came to, I called this store and explained what just happened, and that I wanted the contact information for the General manager. The store manager hung the phone up in my ear and when i called back, the line was busy. After calling the store 10 consecutive times, another employee picked up and said that they did not have the name or number of the general manager. Now they will not answer my calls or try to resolve this concern. I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau, the health department and the McDonald's corporate. It has been hours since this incident and I am starting to feel very ill... this is just unacceptable.

McDonald's is a great place to eat for dates the good items they make sure everything's alright they have good hot chocolate they have good soda they have the most refreshing sodas especially like Coke they have big Maxs they have french fries and chicken nuggets have 10 pieces they have chicken sandwiches like it's really good there they have desserts they have like strawberry cream cheese pie they have a lot of different things they have kids meals which is like a Happy meal and it has a toy in it you can get extra fries ?
