Good very average Diner. If you are looking for fancy and like a award-winning chef this is not the place. However in this location about the best buffet around for the money. There is a Mexican Diner, also Highway 64 Diner, and Cooks in the woods toward Lexington. Nana's is probably the biggest option in this area for all you can eat fun. Have a nice one trip option that comes with tea for under ten bucks. Not bad considering the price of groceries. Things that stand out here are the Fried Chicken and the salad bar. The deserts aren't too shabby either. If they have hot peach cobbler or apple you can get a scoop of ice cream at very little extra charge. The staff here are very friendly. They do the three C's pretty well. Which is cost-effective, cleanliness, and great customer service. It's different give it a try. The only reason I'm giving them just three stars. Is that on Sunday they seem to have trouble after 1 30 p.m. with stocking the food bar. Seems to get the get out of early church crowd. And then the later church people don't have much left. On Sunday it would be nice to have the buffet plentiful like the early crowd gets. Have been there early that's when it's better. Past 1:30 seems a little off like they're getting ready to shut it down . But I know it's tough because of where they're located to figure out the crowd schemes. So like I said it's worth a try. Has good quality food at reasonable prices. Southmont has a good quality restaurant. Good tip is to come early for the buffet. Cuz they can be a little bit slow at getting the food out once it's gone. However the crowds fluctuate here so. I feel if I ran this Buffet I would have a hard time. I mean you've got some Churches that let out at 11. And then the other half of the churches around here let out at the regular time after 12. And I've been here before and seen some church people come as late as after 1:30. However this is not a common occurrence. And sometimes after the regular Church crowd of 11 and after 12 it can go to completely dead. This is a very nice family ran Diner and they try real hard to keep up the buffet. It is nice having this place in the neighborhood. So give it a try. God is good. All the time.

Kiana Morrison is unprofessional. She shouldn’t be the manager of no one’s business. I called and asked to speak to my husband and I told her it was an emergency she stated she couldn’t put him on the phone. I left her a message and requested her to give it to him. I waited a few minutes and called back and asked her if she had given him my message she replied no. She went back and forth with me about speaking to my husband. This make black people not want to support black businesses. It’s because of people like her. This restaurant will never get my money.
