The Cookie 🍪 Look like They were lazy and gave me a Two Day Old Hard, Dry, And Rotten Cookie!! And they Charge Up To $10.00 for Those. So, I will Stick to Dominos!!

Ordered delivery tonight, got an email saying expected delivery next day!! Clicked the link in the email and it took me to DoorDash. Had no clue they had switched to this format of delivery. Food arrived warm, not hot. Ordered sauced, boneless wings...got 1 sauced, 9 plain...seriously Papa Johns??? This the best you can do???

I ordered a pizza on line. Didn't get it.the young girl kept calling me hun. Very disturbing,especially since I'm probably older than her grandfather. Had to call my credit card company so I didn't get charged for it. Employers need to teach their staff how to talk with people. It's sir or by name, not hun. Very disrespectful

Ordered delivery food would have been fine however the driver didn't knock on door or ring tge doorbelll. Just left our food sitting in tge ground in the porch and left. Will never use this location again

The food was fast and correct HOWEVER.... idk what it is about companies and sauce, but they put barely a drop on my garlic parm wings. I mean they look plain with how little sauce they put on it. Explain to me why papa johns seems to think that's okay.

I gave 1 star because there is no other option before it ????????These are the most inconsiderate people I've ever spent money with... The real issue is the ?? MANAGER CHRIS ?? FIRST JUST LET me say that I'm easy to please and a very simple person. I order pizza from this place AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR MY CHILDREN BECAUSE I DO WORK ALOT. Ordering a pizza has never been so inconvenient until now. I almost ALWAYS order online and I ask for my pizzas to be SQUARE CUT (CHICAGO CUT) EVERY SINGLE TIME. WHAT'S SO HARD ABOUT FOLLOWING THOSE SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. USUALLY I DON'T SAY ANYTHING WHEN THEY DON'T SQUARE CUT... THEY'LL CUT THEM THE OLD FASHIONED WAY. I DON'T CALL AND COMPLAIN ALTHOUGH I SHOULD BECAUSE ITS WHAT IM PAYING AND TIPPING FOR..... TODAY THEY SENT MY PIZZAS WHOLE WITHOUT A CUT OR ANYTHING else. That made me furious. So I called to complain today only to greeted by a manager who didn't take any accountability for the order being wrong.. DID NOT ONCE APOLOGIZE.. did not offer anything to de-escalate the issue. Only thing we accomplished was a screaming match. These people at Lexington NC Papa John's on TALBERT BLVD ARE RACIST AND INCONSIDERATE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM

Fast and always delicious for when we don't feel like cooking . Wish they had more gluten free options and sizes . But other than that Papa John's is always our go to for take out pizza . We're from Chicago and so of course we're pizza snobs so if we aren't making our own then we pick Papa John's. everything else is blasphemy and disgusting.
