Manager Jason was extremely rude! My whole order was innocent I called up there to talk to the manager and when he can on the phone he was very rude and refused to do anything about my order! Mind you I paid extra money for everything and got nothing! When I asked what was going to be done he said absolutely nothing! My family orders here once a week because my kids absolutely love the pizza! We will not be back! We will take our business to dominoes where I know the service is great!

Ordered a large original crust pizza and when got it home discovered it was not even a medium size and had thin BURNT crust. This place needs a complete staff replacement as when went in to pick up pizza they were dancing around talking loudly and playing grabass instead of paying attention to their job. Place also had flour and food scraps scattered all around including on the so called pizza makers. Hope they enjoyed gouging me for the price of a large pizza that I did not receive???????????

Ordered a delivered The Works pizza. It arrive very under cooked and doughy. Had very little toping and what was on the pizza was just hot and not cooked. This was the second time and last time we will order from Papa Johns.. Times Square pizza is much better. Called and complained and was told they were sorry, so better luck next time we took that to mean.. NEVER AGAIN!,,,,

I ordered from here at around 10:30 pm, Uber Eats said it would be delivered by 11:20. An hour goes by…still no sign of it being on the way. I check the app to see what’s going on, now it says ETA is midnight. I’m like okay, sometimes delivery drivers run late. But then I realized that the order is “still being prepared.” I give it a few more minutes and check back…now it’s 12:20 and order still says it’s being prepared. I check to see what time they close and apparently it’s 11! Why/how was my order even accepted if it was never even going to be prepared?? I’m so pissed I wasted time waiting on an order that was never going to arrive. Now I’m still hungry and it’s too late to order from anywhere else.
