So I had a delivery driver named Randy come by my house and rip my security cameras down for no apparent reason. My security footage shows him walking up to them and physically breaking them off my fence. I don't understand why and at this point I don't care to. I had to involve law enforcement since he damaged both of them. This is ridiculous. I called pizza hut and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I will never order from them again. This is just absurd.

Eh couldn’t choose 0 but can choose a better place for dinner next time. Since management or customer service won’t ever read or reply to this since they don’t to anybody else’s comments it is what it is. Had an issue before but let it slide, this time I decided I’d say something. I ordered a big box meal with 2 pepperoni pizzas, original breadsticks and a chicken alfredo and when I got it the pizzas and alfredo were right but instead of breadsticks I ended up with cheese sticks and pizza huts breadsticks are one of my favorites so I was disappointed to say the least. I decided to call the store to right this issue and possibly receive a free breadsticks or something but when I called I was placed on hold so I waited… and waited… and after being on hold for about 10 minutes I decided to hang up and write this lovely comment. Thanks for reading and choose wisely!

Takeout only. I love pizza hut pizza so we pickup here often.
Ordered stuffed crust with wings and ranch… what I got was a thin crust pizza with blue cheese. And when I opened it looked like someone took a chunk out of the crust. Another time it took 2 hours to get our pizza
Lack of communication is a huge thing with this store. My order ended up being wrong and missing items because they forgot to call me and tell me.

New management and the food and service is terrible . Walk in all employees in back talking not working while my pizza was done and my wings hadn't even been started you can imagine what the pizza was like before I got it home . Not again another lost customer .did call and speak with manager he ally didn't care or offer anything for my dinner I couldn't eat .

Went in for a carry out and it was not yet ready, which is no big deal, I even ordered early on the app and tipped WELL. My problem is this, if your establishment has a possible wait time, then access to the bathroom which is right up front should be available to paying customers, not CODE LOCKED! As a precaution for myself I won’t be tipping before my experience or prepaying, not using this specific establishment again. After giving this specific employee such a tip and then being told that I could go to a different establishment to use the restroom while I wait for my food is crazy. If this is what your corporation approves of I’ll go to a small business like Bella Napoli from now on, their pizza is cheap and amazing, should’ve went there in the first darn place.
