Service here was amazing I was able to follow my order as it was being made up until it was ready. By the time I got there it was ready, fresh, and out. I definitely will be back to get more pizza, wings, and bread sticks.

I ordered my food online. At first they couldn't find my order. And then when they did they made my food wrong. And they added the wrong sauces. The store was empty not inviting at all. They were over run with like 15 orders on the board done but not picked up. It was a mess. Worst experience I've ever had with them. My pizza wasn't even cut apart all the way. I had to re cut it at home.

Rude employee. Had to drive to ask for the rest of my order. Was made to wait 45 minutes for wings I had ordered 2 hours before and was not with the rest of my delivery. Not one apology. Didn't even try and make it right. So not only did I have to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes my food was cold by the time I got back home.

The only reason I gave you one is because I couldn’t give you a zero. Every time you order from this Pizza Hut there’s a problem waited an hour and a half again I have given this place chance after chance after chance then they only want to give you a $15 credit after spending $25 then the manager dodges you and if you try to call they won’t answer the phone unless you hide your phone number this place sucks I’ll be glad when they shut it down.
I only received a partial order. When I contacted the store I was told that they would come out and deliver my missing item. They never did. An hour later they called me and said that they were coming out. Once again, no delivery. Don't order from the Lexington, NC Pizza Hut. They steal money from customers and never come through with what they say.

Lucky to have a Pizza Hut near us. Miss the days of eating in their restaurant and the large salad bar. But Tryo Pizza Hut is a nice option. Quick service. Friendly employees and drivers.

We always order when we are staying nearby as we don't live in the delivery area. The food is always on point. Delivery is usually around 30 minutes.
