The bbq was really good, the chicken did not have a lot of flavor and was not as warm as it should have been. The mac n cheese side was a very small portion, not enough for a kid.

I was Very disappointed!! It has been awhile since I ate there & it was inside, for once & I got what I always get & it was great. I usually get takeout & have been for years. I always get Stew beef & Gravy, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, & Fried Squash. It was not good! They got my order wrong & the Potatoes are too artificial & the Stew Beef was old. This was a real treat for me!! Does anything ever stay the same?

Absolutely terrible! The ribs you needed a saw to cut through them there was only what they call BBQ sauce on half of them ( tasted like ketchup) went back tried the meatloaf they asked if I wanted ketchup or gravy? I said ketchup. They put it on last second, wasn't cooked with it. Everyone was friendly there but the food was terrible

My wife and I went here for the first time, Thursday, July 25. We really enjoyed the food. My wife got the 1/2 chicken plate with mac and cheese and baked beans. I got the chopped BBQ plate with red slaw and sweet potato casserole. Both were very good. I got an ample portion of BBQ. We both had plenty to take home for supper that evening. The service was quick and they were very friendly. It has a small town atmosphere, laid back, people joking with one another. Plus, it was a rainy day, which we have not had in a LONG time. We have already told our family about this place, and they are going to try it out. We will definitely be going back to visit them when we get back to Lexington. I want to try the ribs. I heard they were great.
