I am DONE w going to this Subway and the OWNER of this franchise. I stopped going to this location for over a year bc the way she is so restrictive regarding coupons. It is a tough economy and we are all trying to get by so if you don’t want to honor coupons just say it. Do NOT change your policy or modify it every week as it is confusing and annoying. Last week I went back bc you started honoring coupons now today I was told you have to get the sub EXACTLY as it is on the menu. Umm I get less stuff on it, how does that make sense? Plus I’m allergic to some of the items on the menu. So forget it I am DONE w your games DONE w going to your location and it can turn back into the ghost town I’ve noticed it’s been all year and what your employees said it has been. Good luck your being a miser may cost you your business.

How about getting off of the highway after you have Googled a local Subway, you get to the location, only for the place to literally be open but yet the person in there working tell you that the registers are not up and not only that they didn't even have all of the food out there to serve it anyway so I was skeptical about her telling me that the registers were not working, and if you can't ring me up for whatever reason why not just keep the front door locked until you open up, so I go to call the number on the front of the door thinking that its headquarters or management, it's the same person that's working in the store. what a waste of time to come here at 9:00 a.m. but yet the sign says they open up at 8:30 a.m.

We bought four footlong subs and had them delivered. I understand delivery fees but if you’re going to pay 74 dollars it can at least be quality. The bread was hard and looked like a pencil when it got here to me they didn’t let bread proof long enough and there was hardly any meat. I was extremely disappointed.

The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere in the store could be approved on. There are several things that looks like it needs to be repaired. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit. It just looks like they’re in the process of having to do some work on the restaurant itself.

This place is so disgusting. It reeks of mold, dust everywhere, and not to mention the employee literally ruined my whole day with her attitude. I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in. She looked at me and said “what do you want?” Seriously? Do better. Needless to say, I walked out without ordering. No thank you.

So I never go to Subway just because it's always generally lackluster, but low and behold I have a coupon that I plan on using. But for both Lexington locations, how in the hell do either of them not have actual bread? It's literally their thing, to make sandwiches, to have bread, is there a national branch shortage? How would you ever consider keeping patronage with this? Every single time I ever see the subways in Lexington, they are always empty, please for the love of God tell me how they actually have business and stay open?

My wrap was gross, veggies were not even fresh. Spinach was so wilted I did not get it. Onion tasted like they had sat for a few days (flavor was strong). The lady behind the counter was super rude to customers and to the worker. First and last time for everything. I took 3 bites and trashed it.

Got here about 9:10 and after saying hi the girl behind the counter proceeds to say to me "I don't meant to be rude but we close in twenty minutes, and we've been super busy today...." proceeds to just stare at me and the door for a solid minute until the other lady working finally asked me what I wanted to order. When I asked if she wanted me to leave I got an eye roll and she walked to the back until I left.Took less than 10 minutes to get out. I get it almost closing and I was already planning in making it quick.

I went here and tried this Subway for the first time sometime in 2021 when I lived in Lexington, NC. My parents had just been grocery shopping at the nearby Food Lion in this shopping center that night and I was with them and I decided to try this place and go in to order. I went in myself to order my own custom made sandwich just before 9 PM... closing time.Once I got in I told them I had a coupon first, but the older woman working in here would not accept it even though it was valid. I think she then said she might take it after my sandwich was made after acting irritated toward me for no good reason. She was abrupt and rude about the entire time I was in there and was literally interrupting me when I was telling the other person what to put on my sandwich.I do not understand why she did not realize I have to tell the other employee what I want on my sandwich before I can go to the register to pay for my order. Actually I think she knew this but she just had an attitude toward me for some no good reason and was just being rude and difficult to inconvenience me while I was inside.The sandwich itself was merely an average Subway sandwich. I have had better sandwiches elsewhere but I cannot say for sure it is the worst one ever made for me... just what was expected. So all in all, average Subway food with a rude employee who seemed mad about a valid coupon and just being in there at all. I did not come back here due to her bad attitude and went to other Subway restaurants elsewhere in Lexington. I did not want to give this place any more of my time or business after coming here the first time and putting up with that rude woman.
Parking: Parking is fine... a large parking lot near grocery store. Late at night there was hardly anyone there.
