My wrap was gross, veggies were not even fresh. Spinach was so wilted I did not get it. Onion tasted like they had sat for a few days (flavor was strong). The lady behind the counter was super rude to customers and to the worker. First and last time for everything. I took 3 bites and trashed it.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten here. Will not be back if there charging the same but not putting anything on sandwich. You should be ashamed to serve this to people!!! Do better!!!

Got here about 9:10 and after saying hi the girl behind the counter proceeds to say to me "I don't meant to be rude but we close in twenty minutes, and we've been super busy today...." proceeds to just stare at me and the door for a solid minute until the other lady working finally asked me what I wanted to order. When I asked if she wanted me to leave I got an eye roll and she walked to the back until I left.Took less than 10 minutes to get out. I get it almost closing and I was already planning in making it quick.

I went here and tried this Subway for the first time sometime in 2021 when I lived in Lexington, NC. My parents had just been grocery shopping at the nearby Food Lion in this shopping center that night and I was with them and I decided to try this place and go in to order. I went in myself to order my own custom made sandwich just before 9 PM... closing time.Once I got in I told them I had a coupon first, but the older woman working in here would not accept it even though it was valid. I think she then said she might take it after my sandwich was made after acting irritated toward me for no good reason. She was abrupt and rude about the entire time I was in there and was literally interrupting me when I was telling the other person what to put on my sandwich.I do not understand why she did not realize I have to tell the other employee what I want on my sandwich before I can go to the register to pay for my order. Actually I think she knew this but she just had an attitude toward me for some no good reason and was just being rude and difficult to inconvenience me while I was inside.The sandwich itself was merely an average Subway sandwich. I have had better sandwiches elsewhere but I cannot say for sure it is the worst one ever made for me... just what was expected. So all in all, average Subway food with a rude employee who seemed mad about a valid coupon and just being in there at all. I did not come back here due to her bad attitude and went to other Subway restaurants elsewhere in Lexington. I did not want to give this place any more of my time or business after coming here the first time and putting up with that rude woman.Parking: Parking is fine... a large parking lot near grocery store. Late at night there was hardly anyone there.

I will say that the food is whats expected of subway. Never really been disappointed other than a time or two where careless employees just tossed my sandwich together quickly and it was a jumbled mess once unwrapped. The stores have always been neat and clean. I will continue to return for those factors alone. ?But I'd be lying if I didn't say the owner is stingy with her toppings. (The same lady owns 3 of the 4 subways in the area to my understanding.) Every single time I have to ask for "extra" pickles, black olives, whatever. And even then it barely amounts to what any other subway has ever given me as a normal amount. I've even said it's okay to charge me for the "extras" and one time an employee told me they aren't allowed to do that ?.Also off putting was when I applied while trying to get back into the workforce and the owner asked "do you really think you can succeed in working after 5 years of being home?" So I took a different job offer paying more and made it to management in less than a year ❤️

Last time I went here we planned to use a coupon that was given out in the mail. Ordered food and they refused the coupon. Reason was being understaffed. Not sure how many employees it takes to accept a coupon but paid double for food because of it. If you issue a coupon, then you should accept them.

Well lookahere. Went in for a tuna or BMT 6in sub. Tuna looked watered down so got the BMT. A young white man came in after me and paid for my meal without saying a word. The cashier told me, so I thanked him profusely and was overwhelmed. I am a seasoned black woman who is used to public displays of ignorance, not humanity. Thank you again showing all that beautiful spirit. Carma.

This location is conveniently located and fairly clean. I have a suggestion for the owner. Please honor the Subway coupons at face value, as circulated, without adding additional exclusions. For example, bogo footlong. Intentionally coupon ordered 2 clubs. If the coupon had been honored, I could afford to give a bigger tip to your deserving staff.
