I placed an online order for my husband to pick up since he was right there. It was cancelled 3 minutes later so my husband went inside and ordered the exact same thing I had placed online. When he asked why it was cancelled they responded with "we didn't see it". Apparently it was a bunch of teenagers working so I am going to call tomorrow and see what's up.

The employees they had working today were phenomenal! They were getting verbally abused by a customer and I stepped up in their defense to tell the customer that they do not need to talk to employees like they were. They handled the customer with the upmost respect, way better than I would have.

The service and food is horrible. The quality has went down terribly. You definitely don't get your money's worth. Subway use to be my favorite place to grab a healthy delicious sandwich or salad but the last few times have unfortunately been less than

So little lettuce on my sandwich I couldn’t even taste it. Every time I order it’s the same thing. Most people in town doesn’t go to this one. The same for the store on 64 they own. They are franchise owned. I am a manager of a restaurant, very poor food quality and ditto for the service.

An order was placed online. The local store employees kept arguing with a family member about not getting the online order at all, even though we had proof of payment on another family members phone. The online app told us at 605pm that the order would be ready at 625pm. When my family member got there, not only were the employees arguing they didn't receive an online order so the subs weren't made, and the employees didn't even ask whose name the sub order was placed under or if it was possibly under a different name. After arguing for 10 minutes, the online order was finally found. Then...the subs weren't made correctly. And when they were told the sandwiches were made incorrectly, the employees were arguing with the customer saying that's how the order was placed online. So instead of trying to correct or fix the situation, the employees just wanted to argue with the customer. We WILL NEVER go back to that store. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of training of the employees, the lack of respect towards an elderly customer, and the refusal to correct the situation. This is unacceptable!!!
