I ordered online and went to pick it up and chose to pick up at the window since I wasn’t feeling well. Two people were sitting at the window on their phones not paying any attention while I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on one of them to acknowledge that I was there. It was only when someone walked in the dining room and they had to get up did they acknowledge I was at the window.

Thank you for the excellent service!! The sandwich was delicious made and the vegetables were so fresh! Melissa made my food and was so personable, she greeted me, made my sandwich quickly and with care. She was a ray of sunshine the whole time. The restaurant was clean and smelled so good it made a perfect place for my lunch break. I had a great experience and will definitely be choosing this spot again!

Cleanest Subway I’ve been in in a 100 mile radius and I have seen several as a dasher. The staff at this location is friendly and always greets me as I Walk in. I enjoy the new subs they roll out every couple of months - keeping it fresh and interesting. (Which helps in our small town with limited offerings)… and the decorative Christmas tree for all season is the topper of it all.. it’s so cute!

This place just needs to close their doors if they can’t do any better! You’re making sandwiches. How hard can it be??? I understand people make mistakes and I have given this Subway more than their share of second chances. But, after today, I’m done!! I ordered (pick up) a 6” club on WHITE bread with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, banana peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, oil and vinegar, and salt and pepper. What I got - 6” club on WHEAT bread, America cheese, lettuce, a whole can of black olives, a whole jar of mayonnaise. NO pickles, NO onions, NO banana peppers, NO mustard. NO oil and vinegar. NO salt and pepper. There was so much mayonnaise that I tried wiping it off with paper towel but it was still so much, I couldn’t finish my sandwich

I placed an online order for my husband to pick up since he was right there. It was cancelled 3 minutes later so my husband went inside and ordered the exact same thing I had placed online. When he asked why it was cancelled they responded with "we didn't see it". Apparently it was a bunch of teenagers working so I am going to call tomorrow and see what's up.

The employees they had working today were phenomenal! They were getting verbally abused by a customer and I stepped up in their defense to tell the customer that they do not need to talk to employees like they were. They handled the customer with the upmost respect, way better than I would have.
